× This Research Aims At 1) Describing The Implementation Of Circ In Teaching Reading And Writing In The Eighth Grader Of Mtsn Kediri 1 And 2) Identifying The Effects Of The Implementation Of Circ On The Teaching Learning Reading And Writing In Eight Grader Of Mtsn Kediri 1. This Study Applies A Qualitative Study Which Had Been Carried Out At The Eight Grader Of Mtsn Kediri 1, In Academic Year 2012/2013. The Data Were Collected Through Observation, Interview, And Document Analysis. The Data Were Analyzed Through Constant Comparative Method Including: Comparing Incidents Applicable To Each Category, Integrating Categories And Their Properties, Delimiting The Theory, And Writing The Theory. The Result Of The Study Shows: 1) The Implementation Of Circ In Teaching Reading Integrated With Writing At Mtsn Kediri 1 Is Relevant With Those Recommended By Circ Teaching And Learning Principles. It Reveals From The Result Of The Observation On The Teaching And Learning Objectives, Teaching Documents, Strategies And Procedures Of Teaching And Learning Activities, The Students And Teachers’ Role In Teaching And Learning Activities Using Circ. 2) The Research Shows That The Implementation Of Circ Can Enhance Students Reading Quality And Writing Ability. 3) The Implementation Of Circ Makes The Writing Easier For Students To Practice. 4) The Implementation Of Circ Makes Students Motivated In Reading Class. 5) The Implementation Of Circ Enhances Teachers’ Teaching Strategy In Teaching English. Considering The Result Of This Study, The Implementation Of Circ In Teaching Reading And Writing Carried Out At Mtsn 1 Kediri Bring Positive Effects Toward The Students’ Reading Ability And Students’ Writing Skill, So That It Is Important For Teachers To Be Consistent In Applying Circ Principles In Order That The Result Of Teaching And Learning Would Be Maximal. Besides That, The Students Should Not Be Worried About Mistakes They Make In Practicing Writing Because Making Mistakes In Learning Is Okay As The Process Of Mastering Or Understanding, They Should Continually Derive Motivation And Engagement In Learning. Finally, It Is Hoped For The Researcher To Use The Result As Aditional Reference For Further Research Especially Research Dealing With Circ In Teaching Reading And Writing.
