× Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) untuk mengetahui pembelajaran soft skills pada penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi BKK Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala dalam pembelajaran soft skills pada penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi BKK Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; dan (3) untuk mendeskripsikan solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala pembelajaran soft skills pada penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi BKK Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dan Snow Ball Sampling, sampel ditekankan pada kualitas pemahaman sampel terhadap masalah yang diteliti bukan banyaknya sampel. Sampel penelitian diambil berdasarkan pertimbangan informan dapat memberikan data secara maksimal dan informan dapat berkembang sesuai dengan kedalaman masalah yang berguna dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran soft skills pada penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi BKK Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran, antara lain meliputi: (a) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi BKK Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran sudah mengacu RPP dan silabi, akan tetapi nilai-nilai soft skills belum dimasukkan ke dalam RPP dan silabi. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran soft skills sudah diintegrasikan melalui metode pembelajaran. (b) Metode-metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan dosen di Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran sudah mengintegrasikan soft skills yaitu: ceramah plus, diskusi, presentasi dan penugasan kelompok. (c) Penilaian pembelajaran soft skills biasanya dilakukan dosen dengan cara melihat keaktifan mahasiswa ketika proses belajar mengajar. (2) Kendala-kendala dalam pembelajaran soft skills pada penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi BKK Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS, yaitu: (a) dosen belum memasukkan soft skills dalam RPP dan silabi. (b) kurang aktifnya mahasiswa di dalam kelas. (c) keterbatasan waktu perkuliahan. (3) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala pada saat pembelajaran soft skills pada penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di Prodi. Pendidikan Ekonomi BKK Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS: (a) Adanya pengarahan dari pimpinan untuk memasukkan soft skills ke dalam RPP dan silabi. (b) memberikan motivasi kepada mahasiswa. (c) adanya pemberian tugas. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran soft skills, soft skills, kurikulum berbasis kompetensi The objectives of this research are: (1) to find out a soft skills learning on the application of competency-based curriculum in Study Program. BKK Economic Education of Office Administration Education Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University Surakarta; (2) To describe the obstacles in soft skills learning on the application of competency-based curriculum in Study Program. BKK Economic Education of Office Administration Education Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University Surakarta; and (3) To describe the solution in overcoming the obstacles of soft skills learning on the application of competency-based curriculum in Study Program. BKK Economic Education of Office Administration Education Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University Surakarta . Based on the research objectives, this research applied descriptive qualitative method with Purposive Sampling and Snow Ball Sampling technique. The samples are emphasized on the quality of understanding sample toward the problems which are investigated instead of the number of samples. The research samples are taken based on the consideration that informant can provide the maximum data and informant can develop based on the depth of problems which are used to draw the conclusion. This research used interviews, observation and documentation as the data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used analysis of interactive analysis. The result of the analysis can be seen as follows: (1) a study of soft skills on the application of competency-based curriculum in Study Program. BKK Economic Education of Office Administration Education Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University Surakarta includes: (a) The implementation of learning in Study Program BKK Economic Education of Office Administration Education has referred to RPP (Teaching Implementation Plan) and syllabus, but the values of soft skills haven’t included yet in RPP (Teaching Implementation Plan) and syllabus. Meanwhile, the implementation of soft skills has already been integrated through learning method. (b) The learning methods done by lectures of Office Administration Education have integrated soft skill that is: lecturing plus, discussion, presentation, and group assignment. (c) The assessment of soft skills learning usually done by the lectures by looking at the liveliness of students while the process of teaching and learning and this assessment used as additional assessment in addition to cognitive assesment. (2) The obstacles in soft skills learning on competency-based curriculum in Study Program. BKK Economic Education of Office Administration Education Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, those are: (a) The lecturers haven’t put yet soft skills in RPP (Teaching Implementation Plan) and syllabus (b) The students are not too active in the class.(c) the limitation of learning. (3) The solutions in overcoming the obstacles on soft skills learning on the implementation on competency-based curriculum in Study Program. BKK Economic Education of Office Administration Education Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University Surakarta: (a) The briefing from the supervision to put soft skills into RPP (Teaching Implementation Plan) and syllabus.
