×Latar Belakang: Keselamatan pasien rumah sakit adalah suatu sistem dimana rumah sakit membuat asuhan pasien lebih aman. Keselamatan pasien menjadi isu terkini dalam pelayanan kesehatan didasarkan atas semakin meningkatnya kejadian yang tidak diinginkan (adverse event). Rumah sakit wajib mengupayakan pemenuhan sasaran keselamatan pasien meliputi ketepatan identifikasi pasien, peningkatan komunikasi efektif, peningkatan keamanan obat, kepastian tepat-lokasi tepat-prosedur tepat-pasien operasi, pengurangan risiko infeksi dan pengurangan risiko pasien jatuh.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap penerapan standar keselamatan pasien di Instalasi Perawatan Intensif RSUD Dr.Moewardi.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan rancangan crosssectional. Uji statistik Analisis Bivariat menggunakan regresi linear sederhana bermakna bila hasil uji F diatas 4,10 dan Analisis Multivariat menggunakan regresi linear berganda bermakna bila hasil uji F diatas 3,25. Penelitian melibatkan 40 responden di Instalasi Perawatan Intensif RSUD Dr. Moewardi.
Hasil: Pengaruh pengetahuan perawat terhadap penerapan standar keselamatan pasien dengan analisis bivariat ditemukan F hitung sebesar 22,496 bermakna (Ha diterima oleh karena > 4,10). Pengaruh sikap perawat terhadap penerapan standar keselamatan pasien dengan analisis bivariat ditemukan ditemukan F hitung sebesar 18,982 bermakna (Ha diterima oleh karena > 4,10). Pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap penerapan standar keselamatan pasien berdasarkan Analisis Multivariat menggunakan regresi linear berganda ditemukan F hitung 20,322 bermakna (Ha diterima oleh karena > 3,25).
Simpulan: Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Pengetahuan atau Sikap perawat berpengaruh terhadap penerapan standar keselamatan pasien di Instalasi Perawatan Intensif RSUD dr. Moewardi.

Background:The safety of patient in hospital is a system where hospital makes patient care safer. The Patient safety becomes current issues in health care based on the increasing of undesirable incidence (adverse event).The hospital is required to fulfill the goals of patientsafetythat covers the accuracy of identification, increasing of effective communication, increasing safety of drug, the assurance of the right-location, procedures and operation of patient, the reducing of the infections risk and the risk reducing of patient drop.
Objectives: This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and attitudes of nurse toward the implementation of patient safety standards in intensive care unit of government hospital dr.Moewardi.
Methods: This research used observational analytic quantitative approach with cross-sectional design. Bivariate analysis statistic test with simple regretion is meaningful if the result of F test over 4,10 and multivariate analysis with multiple linear regression is meaningful if the result of F test over3,25. This research involved 40 respondents in intensive care unit of government hospital dr.Moewardi.
Results: The effect of nurse’s knowledge toward the implementation of patient safety standards using bivariat analysis showed that the F value 22.496 is significant ( Ha > 4,10) . The effect of nurse’s attitudes toward the implementation of patient safety standards using bivariat analysis showed that the F value 18,982 is significant ( Ha > 4,10) .The effect of knowledge and attitudes of nurse’s to ward the implementation patient safety standards based of analysis multivariat using double linier regretion showed the F valve is 20,322 is significant ( Ha accepted, Ha > 3,25).
Conclusions: This result of this research showed that the knowledge and attitudes of nurse are simultaneously giving an effect to the implementation of patient safety standards in intensive care unit of government hospital dr.Moewardi.
