The study took a sample of employees of Rosalia Indah Company. The sample in this study was 30 employees, with data collection using questionnaires and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques are used to test the Chi-Square analysis. In this study, researchers used an easier way is to use a tool SPSS Windows version. The conclusion of this study are 1) The factors affecting construction project are planning phase, the design phase and construction phase; 2) Identify the perception of the levels of QMS in construction project showed that there are similarities of the three areas of work, based on the results obtained by analysis of the significance of each value of 0.373; 0.439; and 0.578 is greater than 0.05, the which indicates that there is a shared understanding of the three fields to the high quality construction projects; 3) Analyze the perception of levels of quality factors affecting construction project in particular for the management of hotels. In this study three research variables planning phase, the design phase and construction phase showed a more dominant factor is high quality, with values between 6.35 - 9.
