Abstract:
This research is intended to design an instructional media with Macro Media Flash for Vocational   High   School Building   Construction   Department, produce an ideal instructional  media,  know the  instructional  media  can  support  the  competence  of  vocational students Building Construction Department to be improved to level. The designing of instructional Media is made at Civil Engineering the higher Education Program TVET Department FKIP Sebelas Maret University. Research and development method was used in this study. This study have to be refered to the implementation of the
ideal production of instructional media. In the end of the study there are several conclusions as follows: the instructional media for SMK is made refered to the ideal production of instructional media, the instructional products is ideal to use in SMK Building Construction Department,   the instructional media products can support the competence of vocational students Building Construction Department to be improved to the higher level.
