ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengembangkanmodul IPA Terpadu berbasis scientific approachpadamateriPemanasan Global yang sesuaiuntuk SMP Kelas VII. (2) menghasilkanmodul IPA Terpadu berbasis scientific approachpadamateriPemanasan Global yang sesuaiuntuk SMP Kelas VII yang memenuhikriteriabaik.
Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatankualitatifdengandidukung data kuantitatif. Penelitianinimerupakanpenelitianpengembangan yang berdasarkan model pengembangan Borg dan Gall sampaitahapketujuh.Prosedurpenelitianberupa (1) Penelitiandanpengumpulaninformasi, (2) Tahapperencanaan, (3) Pengembangan draft produk, (4) Ujicobalapanganawal, (5) Revisiujicobalapanganawal, (6) Ujicobalapanganutama, (7) Revisiujicobalapanganutama. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakanberupaangket, wawancaradandokumentasi.Instrumen yang digunakanuntukmengambil data telahdivalidasiolehdosenpembimbing. Data hasilpenelitiandiperolehdarihasil validator yang terdiriatasduadosenahlidan 3 guru sebagai reviewer sertaresponden yang terdiridari 30 siswakelas VIII yang berasaldaritigasekolah, di manamasing-masingsekolahdiambil 10 siswasebagairesponden. Teknikanalisis data kualitatif yang digunakanyakni model interaktifdari Miles danHuberman, sedangkan data kuantitatifdianalisisdenganmenggunakanpenilaianpenskoranstandardariSaifudinAzwar yang kemudiandibagimenjadilimakategori.
Berdasarkananalisis data danpembahasanpenelitiandapatdisimpulkanbahwa (1) Pengembanganmoduldimulaidarianalisiskebutuhan (analisiskurikulum, siswadansarana) kemudiandibuatdesainmodul yang meliputitujuan, advance organizer, gambardanilustrasi, lembarkegiatan, rangkuman, ujikompetensisertaumpanbalik. Setelah draft modulselesaidibuatmakadilakukanvalidasidanrevisiberdasarkan saran dankomentar. Moduldiujicoba I (awal) danujicoba II (utama).Berdasarkanhasil saran dankomentarselamaujicoba, moduldirevisidanakhirnyadihasilkanmodul IPA Terpaduberbasisscientific approach padamateriPemanasan Global yang sesuaiuntuk siswa SMP kelas VII, (2) Berdasarkanhasilujicobautama, moduldirevisidanakhirnyadihasilkanmodul IPA Terpaduberbasisscientific approach padamateriPemanasan Global yang sesuaiuntuk siswa SMP kelas VII yang memilikikriteriabaik.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is (1) to develop an integrated science module based scientific approach to Global Warming material suitable for Junior Class VII, (2) to produce an integrated science module based scientific approach to Global Warming material suitable for Junior Class VII which has good criteria.
This study used a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data, this research is the development of research-based model of development Borg and Gall until the seventh stage. The study procedures such as (1) Research and collection of information, (2) the planning stage, (3) Development of a draft product, (4) the initial field trials, (5) Revision of initial field trials, (6) main field trials, (7) Revision of the main field trials. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires, interviews and dokumentasi.Instrumen used to retrieve the data has been validated by the lecturers as expert judgment. The data comes from a validator has been obtained consisting of two expert lecturers and 3 teachers as well as respondents Consist reviewer 30 eighth grade students from three schools, in which each school is taken 10 students as respondents. Technique of analyzing qualitative’s data used interactive model from Miles and Huberman, whereas quantitative’s data are analyzed by standard’s score from SaiffudinAzwar which divided into five categories.
By virtue of data analyzed and experiment explanation inferential that (1) module development was started from requirementanalyzed (curriculum, student and infrastructure analized), then made module design that include purpose, advance organizer, picture and illustration, activity sheet, summary, competence test, and feedback. After module draft was made, so be done validation and revision by virtue of suggestion and commentary. Module test-drived 1 (initial) and test-drived II (principal). By virtue of suggestion and commentary while test-drived, module was revision and finally obtained integrated science module based scientific approach to Global Warming material suitable for Junior Class VII, (2) By virtue of the result of principal test-drived, module was revision and finally obtained integrated science module based scientific approach to Global Warming material suitable for Junior Class VII which has good criteria.
