ABSTRAK
LatarBelakang:angkagangguanreproduksidisertaikeluhandismenore di RSUD Dr. Moewardisebesar 88,77% dari 650 pasien, 257 orang di antaranyamenderitamiomadanataukistaovarium.
Tujuan: untukmempelajaridanmemahamiasuhankebidanangangguanreproduksipada Ny. W dengandismenoresekunderdalamhalinimiomauteri dankistomaovariisecarakomprehensif.
Metode: observasionaldeskriptifdenganpendekatanstudikasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan: wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasikemudian dianalisis menggunakanasuhankebidananmenuruttujuhlangkah Varney dengancatatanperkembangan SOAP (Subjektif, Objektif, Assesment, Planning).
Hasil: Ny. W P2A1 mengeluh nyeri menstruasihinggalemassertaditemukanmioma pada rahim dan kistaovarium.Hb 10,8g/dl. Pasien diberikan terapi berupa analgesik dan histerektomisertatranfusidarahpascaoperasi. Setelah dilakukantindakan, perut ibu tidak lagi terasa nyeri.
Kesimpulan: Kesenjanganyang ditemukan terdapatpada langkahkebutuhan. Pada kebutuhan dalam interpretasi data dasar perlu diberikan edukasi untuk mengurangi nyeri. Sedangkanpada kasus tidak dilakukan tindakan tersebut. Meskipun demikian, asuhan kebidanantelah dilaksanakan secara efektif.

ABSTRACT
Background: The percentage of reproductive disorder accompanied with dysmenorrhoea at Dr. Moewardi Local General Hospital was 88.77%. Of 650 clients, 257 had uterine miyoma or ovarian cysts.
Objective: The objective of this research is to study and understand the midwifery care of reproductive disorder on Mrs. W with secondary dysmenorrhoea, namely: uterine myoma and ovarian cysts comprehensively.
Method: This research used the observational descriptive research method with the case study approach. The data of research were collected through in-depth interview, direct observation, and content analysis of medical record. The data of research were descriptively analyzed by using Varney’s Seven Steps and SOAP.
Result: Mrs. W P2A1complained of menstrual pains leading to weakness, and she had uterine myoma and ovarian cysts. The Hb was 10.8g/dl. The client was exposed to analgesic and hysterectomy therapy and blood transfusion following the surgery.After the treatment, she did not feel pain anymore.
Conclusion: A gap was found on the needs. In the latter, education had to be extended to the client to reduce the pain. Thus, such interventions were absent. However, over all the midwifery care was implemented effectively.
