ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui :  (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dan Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media monopoli terhadap hasil belajar dalam mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis (2) perbedaan pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, sedang dan rendah terhadap hasil belajar dalam mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis (3) pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) berbantuan media monopoli dan Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media monopoli dan tingkat kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar  dalam mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain faktorial 2x3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Jurusan Bisnis dan Manajemen SMK Pawyatan Daha 2 Kota Kediri tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis, serta skala psikologi sikap percaya diri. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA dua jalan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji komparasi ganda
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara penggunaan model pembelajaran STAD dan model pembelajaran TGT terhadap hasil belajar pengantar ekonomi bisnis 2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh tingkat percaya diri tinggi, tingkat  percaya diri sedang dan tingkat percaya diri rendah terhadap hasil belajar pengantar ekonomi bisnis, dan  3) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan sikap percaya diri peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study are to determine: (1) the difference effect of learning model student teams achievement division and teams games tournament aided by monopoly to student achievement of students in the subject of introduction to economics and bussines (2) the differences effect of high self confidence, medium self confidence, and low self confidence on student achievement in the subjects of Introduction to Economics and Business and (3) the interaction effects between learning model student teams achievement division   and teams games tournament aided by monopoly to student achievement and self confidence attitude of students in the subject of introduction to economics and business  .
The research is a quasi-experimental method with factorial design 2x3. Population in this research are the whole students of class XI Vocational High School Pawyatan Daha 2 Kediri academic year 2014/2015. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used  achievement test  in Introduction to Economics and Business and also a psychology scale. Hypothesis of this research are analyzed by using Two Way ANOVA continued with Multiple Comparison Test.
The results of this research are : 1) there is a difference effect of learning model student teams achievement division and teams games tournament aided by monopoly to student achievement of students in the subject of introduction to economics and bussines, 2) there are differences effect  of high self confidence, medium self confidence, and low self confidence on student achievement in the subjects of Introduction to Economics and Business, and 3) there is an interaction effects  between learning model student teams achievement division and teams games tournament aided by monopoly to student achievement and self confidence attitude of students.
