ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Presentase pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan diIndonesia tahun 2012 sebesar 48,6 %. Gangguan proses menyusui dapat timbulkarena puting susu lecet, bendungan payudara, dan mastitis.Tujuan: Untuk mempelajari dan memahami asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas postsectio caesaria dengan bendungan ASI di RSUD Karanganyar secara tepat danefektif.Metode: Observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjekpenelitian Ny. H dengan bendungan ASI. Tempat : RSUD Karanganyar. Carapengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumenrekam medik. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif berdasarkan 7 langkahVarney dan SOAP.Hasil: Ny. H post sectio caesaria mengalami payudara bengkak, keras, terasanyeri, dan ASI tidak keluar lancar. Diberikan asuhan penangan bendungan ASIberupa pengurutan payudara, perbaikan cara menyusui, pemberian analgetik danantibiotik. Setelah pemberian asuhan selama 3 hari keadaan payudara Ny. Hlunak, ASI keluar lancar dan ibu mulai menyusui.Kesimpulan: Keadaan ibu membaik, payudara lunak, tidak bengkak, dan ASIkeluar lancar, sehingga diagnosa potensial berupa mastitis tidak terjadi. Terdapatkesenjangan antara teori dan praktek yaitu tidak diberikan kompres dingin di selaselawaktu menyusui.Kata kunci : Asuhan kebidanan ibu nifas, bendungan ASIABSTRACTBackground: The percentage of the exclusive breastfeeding for 0 - 6 month babyin Indonesia was 48.6 %. The disturbance in the breast feeding process can becaused by chaffed nipple, banked milk, and mastitis.Objective: To study and understand the midwifery care of the postpartum motherpost C-section with banked milk at the Local General Hospital of Karanganyar.Method: This research used the observational descriptive research with the casestudy approach. The subject of the research was Mrs. H with banked milk. Theresearch was conducted at Local General Hospital of Karanganyar. The data werecollected through in-depth interview, direct observation, and content analysis ofmedical record. The data of research were descriptively analyzed by usingVarney’s Seven Steps and SOAP.Result: Post C-section, Mrs. H, experienced swelled, hard, painful breast, and herbreast milk did not flow out freely. The patient was given information on breastmassage and the way to improve breastfeeding process. After the care provision,Mrs. H's breast was no longer swelling and hard, and the breast milk flowsmoothly.Conclusion: Following the breast treatment, the mother's condition was better, thebreasts were not hard nor swelling, and her breast milk flew out smoothly. Coldcompress was not applied in between breastfeeding times.Keywords: Midwifery care of postpartum mother, banked milk.
