Abstrak : ABSTRACT The Services at MUSRO Bar, Quality Hotel Surakarta This final project describes and identifies the daily work of the staff at MUSRO Bar and also describes the services at MUSRO Bar, Quality Hotel Surakarta This report is based on the job training. The techniques of data collecting are observation, interview, and library study. The writer analyzed the data then draws conclusion. From the description, it can be concludes that Quality Hotel, especially MUSRO Bar is supported with professional, skillful and well trained staff. Each of them has responsibility on his/her own tasks and duties based on their positions. Then, MUSRO Bar also has many interesting services which attracts many customers.
