ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan antara kualifikasiakademik dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan;(2) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan antara Motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkesSekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan; (3) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan antaramasa kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan(4) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan secara bersama-sama antara kualifikasi akademik, motivasikerja dan masa kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di KabupatenGrobogan;. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakanangket dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uhi prasyarat analisis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan terdapathubungan positif dan signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik dengan kinerja guru penjasorkesSekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan, artinya semakin tinggi kualifikasi akademikmaka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, sebaliknya semakin rendah kualifikasiakademik maka semakin rendah pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, maka hipotesis diterima. (2)Pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasikerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan, artinyasemakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, sebaliknyasemakin rendah motivasi kerja maka semakin rendah pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, makahipotesis diterima. (3) Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dansignifikan antara masa kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri diKabupaten Grobogan, artinya semakin lama masa kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerjaguru penjasorkes, sebaliknya semakin sebentar masa kerja maka semakin rendah pula kinerjaguru penjasorkes, maka hipotesis diterima. (4) Pengujian hipotesis keempat menunjukkanterdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik, motivasi kerja dan masa kerjadengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan, makahipotesis diterimaKata Kunci: hubungan, kualifikasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja guruABSTRACTThe purposes of this research are (1) to know the relationship between academicqualification towards sports teacher performance at the State Primary School in DistrictGrobogan ; (2) to know the relationship between work motivation towards sports teacherperformance at the State Primary School in District Grobogan; (3) to know the relationshipbetween twork period towards sports teacher performance at the State Primary School inDistrict Grobogan (4) to know relationship by together between academic qualifications,work motivation and work period towards sports teacher performance at the State PrimarySchool in District Grobogan.This is quantitative research. Collecting data used questionnairesand documentation. Analysis of data used requirements analysis test.The results showed that: (1) the first hypothesis test shows that there is positive andsignificant relationship between academic qualification towards sports teacher performanceat the State Primary School in District Grobogan , it means that the higher academicqualification so that the sport teacher performance is higher, conversely the lower academicqualification so that the sport teacher performance is lower, so the hypothesis is accepted. (2)The second hypothesis test shows that there is positive and significant relationship betweenteachers' work motivation towards sports teacher performance at the State Primary School inDistrict Grobogan, it means that the higher teacher’s work motivation so that the sportteacher performance is higher, conversely the lower teacher’s work motivation so that thesport teacher performance is lower, so the hypothesis is accepted (3) The third hypothesis testshows that there is a positive and significant relationship between work period towards sportsteacher performance at the State Primary School in District Grobogan , it means that the longof teacher’s work period so that the sport teacher performance is higher, conversely the shortof teacher’s work period so that the sport teacher performance is lower, so the hypothesis isaccepted. (4) The fourth hypothesis test show that there is significant relationship betweenacademic qualifications, work motivation and work period towards sports teacherperformance at the State Primary School in District Grobogan , then the hypothesis isacceptedKeywords: relationship, qualifications, work motivation, teacher performance
