ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan antara kualifikasi
akademik dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan;
(2) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan antara Motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes
Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan; (3) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan antara
masa kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan
(4) Untuk Mengetahui hubungan secara bersama-sama antara kualifikasi akademik, motivasi
kerja dan masa kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten
Grobogan;. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan
angket dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uhi prasyarat analisis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan terdapat
hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes
Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan, artinya semakin tinggi kualifikasi akademik
maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, sebaliknya semakin rendah kualifikasi
akademik maka semakin rendah pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, maka hipotesis diterima. (2)
Pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi
kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan, artinya
semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, sebaliknya
semakin rendah motivasi kerja maka semakin rendah pula kinerja guru penjasorkes, maka
hipotesis diterima. (3) Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan
signifikan antara masa kerja dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di
Kabupaten Grobogan, artinya semakin lama masa kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja
guru penjasorkes, sebaliknya semakin sebentar masa kerja maka semakin rendah pula kinerja
guru penjasorkes, maka hipotesis diterima. (4) Pengujian hipotesis keempat menunjukkan
terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik, motivasi kerja dan masa kerja
dengan kinerja guru penjasorkes Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan, maka
hipotesis diterima

ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research are (1) to know the relationship between academic
qualification towards sports teacher performance at the State Primary School in District
Grobogan ; (2) to know the relationship between work motivation towards sports teacher
performance at the State Primary School in District Grobogan; (3) to know the relationship
between twork period towards sports teacher performance at the State Primary School in
District Grobogan (4) to know relationship by together between academic qualifications,
work motivation and work period towards sports teacher performance at the State Primary
School in District Grobogan.This is quantitative research. Collecting data used questionnaires
and documentation. Analysis of data used requirements analysis test.
The results showed that: (1) the first hypothesis test shows that there is positive and
significant relationship between academic qualification towards sports teacher performance
at the State Primary School in District Grobogan , it means that the higher academic
qualification so that the sport teacher performance is higher, conversely the lower academic
qualification so that the sport teacher performance is lower, so the hypothesis is accepted. (2)
The second hypothesis test shows that there is positive and significant relationship between
teachers' work motivation towards sports teacher performance at the State Primary School in
District Grobogan, it means that the higher teacher’s work motivation so that the sport
teacher performance is higher, conversely the lower teacher’s work motivation so that the
sport teacher performance is lower, so the hypothesis is accepted (3) The third hypothesis test
shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between work period towards sports
teacher performance at the State Primary School in District Grobogan , it means that the long
of teacher’s work period so that the sport teacher performance is higher, conversely the short
of teacher’s work period so that the sport teacher performance is lower, so the hypothesis is
accepted. (4) The fourth hypothesis test show that there is significant relationship between
academic qualifications, work motivation and work period towards sports teacher
performance at the State Primary School in District Grobogan , then the hypothesis is
accepted
