ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran pada materi hidrolisis garam sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik SMA kelas XI semester 2, (2) menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa buletin dalam bentuk buku saku berbasis hierarki konsep pada materi hidrolisis garam yang layak digunakan guru sebagai bahan ajar di kelas dan juga sebagai sumber belajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran individual siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: (1) tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, (2) tahap perencanaan, (3) tahap pengembangan produk awal, (4) uji coba lapangan awal dan revisi produk utama, (5) uji lapangan utama dan revisi produk operasional, dan (6) uji lapangan operasional dan revisi produk akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumetasi, angket dan tes. Data-data yang diperoleh berasal dari validator yang terdiri atas 2 dosen ahli, 2 guru sebagai reviewer dan 3 peer reviewer, serta responden yang terdiri atas 12; 67 dan 133 siswa dari dua SMA yaitu SMA N 1 Boyolali dan SMA N 1 Teras. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) media pembelajaran pada materi hidrolisis garam untuk SMA kelas XI semester 2 di SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali dan SMA Negeri 1 Teras telah dikembangkan melalui media cetak buletin dalam bentuk buku saku berbasis hierarki konsep menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan, (2) media pembelajaran berupa buletin dalam bentuk buku saku berbasis hierarki konsep pada materi hidrolisis garam layak digunakan oleh guru sebagai bahan ajar di kelas dan juga sebagai sumber belajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran individual peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali dan SMA Negeri 1 Teras.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research are: (1) developing learning media in the salt hydrolisis material as a source of student learning in the second semester of class XI senior high school, (2) producing chemistry learning media in form of buletin by pocket book based on hierarchy of concept in the salt hydrolisis material which proper to use as a learning resource teacher in the classroom and students as a source of self-learning. This research is a research and development. The procedures of this research were: (1) Research and Information Collecting, (2) Planning (3) Develop preliminary form of product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing and Main Product Revision, (5) Main Field Testing and Operational Product Revision, and (6) Operational Field Testing and Final Product Revision. Techniques of data collection were done by observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire, and test. The data for this research was obtained by validate subject of research that consist of 2 experts, 2 reviewers (teachers) and 3 peer reviewers and also evaluated by respondents that consist of 12 students from two Senior High Schools (State Senior High School 1 Boyolali and State Senior High School 1 Teras), and 67 students from two Senior High Schools (State Senior High School 1 Boyolali and State Senior High School 1 Teras), and 133 students from two Senior High Schools (State Senior High School 1 Boyolali and State Senior High School 1 Teras). The results showed that: (1) learning media in the salt hydrolisis material for second semester of class XI in the State Senior High School 1 Boyolali and State Senior High School 1 Teras developed by buletin in the form of pocket book based on concept hierarchy uses research and development method, (2) learning media in form of buletin by pocket book based on hierarchy of concept in the salt hydrolisis material which proper to use as a learning resource for teacher in the classroom and as a source of self-learning for student in the State Senior High School 1 Boyolali and State Senior High School 1 Teras.
