ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan Negara yang kaya akan makanan khas nya, hampirseluruh daerah di seluruh Indonesia memiliki makanan khas yang beragam.Makanan khas bisa menjadi salah satu citra suatu daerah sekaligus sebagai oleholehkhas dari daerah tersebu. Banyumas memiliki makanan khas Nopia. NopiaSuka Niki merupakan salah satu produsen Nopia terbaik di Bayumas. Sejaktahun 1960an Nopia Suka Niki memulai bisnis makanan khas berbasis keluargayang eksistensinya terus diturunkan kepada generasi selanjutnya. Denganmempertahankan mutu produk, perusahaan Nopia Suka Niki berusaha bertahanhingga saat ini. meskipun miliki produk yang baik, Nopia Suka Niki belumbanyak dikenal khususnya oleh masyarakat karena belum dilakukan promosiproduk. Padahal citra yang terbangun di masyarakat melalui promis, bisaberpengaruh pada meluasnya market yang dicapai. Untuk itu promosi yangdirancang diharapkan mampu membangun citra produk Nopia Suka Niki.ABSTRACTIndonesia is a country rich in its typical food,almost all regions in Indonesia has different specialties. Exclusive food can be oneimage of an area as well as souvenirs typical of the area. One of the specialties ofBanyumas who coined the high historical value is Nopia. Nopia Suka Niki is oneof the best Nopia producers in Banyumas. Since the 1960s Nopia Suka Nikistarted a family based business specialties whose existence continues to passalong to the next generation. By maintaining the product quality, the Nopia SukaNiki Company is trying to survive until today. Although it has a good product,Nopia Suka Niki has not been widely known in particular by the public becausethere has not been a lot of product promotion. While it is worth noting that theimage built up in the community through a promotion could affect the expansionof the market.
