ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Angka kematian dan kesakitan ibu akibat hipertensi sebesar 23,95%. Di RSUD Surakarta ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi sebesar 6,24%.
Tujuan : Untuk mempelajari dan memahami asuhan kebidanan pada kasus hipertensi kronik di RSUD Surakarta secara komprehensif.
Metode : Observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ibu hamil Ny.H G1P0A0 dengan hipertensi kronik. Tempat : RSUD Surakarta. Cara pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dan studi dokumen rekam medik. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif berdasar 7 langkah varney dan SOAP.
Hasil : Ny.H datang dengan keluhan tekanan darah tinggi dan mudah lelah serta keputihan. Tekanan darah 155/90 mmHg dan proteinurine negatif. Pasien diberikan konseling, terapi oral multivitamin dan antibiotik. Setelah satu bulan menjalani rawat jalan kondisi pasien membaik, ditandai dengan tekanan darah turun yaitu 130/90 mmHg dan tidak keputihan. Kesenjangan tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan reflek patella, hematologi dan elektrokardiografi.
Kesimpulan : Ny.H hamil dengan hipertensi kronik mengalami penurunan tekanan darah, tidak terjadi IUGR dan janin dalam kondisi baik setelah mendapat perawatan selama 1 bulan.

ABSTRACT
Background: The maternal mortality and morbidity rate due to hypertension was 23.95%. At the Local General Hospital of Surakarta, there were 6.24% pregnant mothers with hypertension.
Objective: To study and understand comprehensively, the midwifery care of the chronic hypertension case comprehensively.
Method: This research used the observational descriptive research with the case study approach. Its subject was Mrs. H G1P0A0, with chronic hypertension. The data were gathered through interview, direct observation, and document review and descriptively analyzed descriptively by using Varney’s Seven Steps and SOAP.
Result: Mrs. H had a high blood pressure and tiredness, as well as vaginal discharge. Her blood pressure was 155/90 mmHg and her protein urine was negative. She received counseling and multivitamin and antibiotic therapies orally. After a month of ambulatory treatment, her condition was good, marked by the lowering of the blood pressure of 130/90 mmHg and the disappearance of vaginal discharge. Some gaps were found that the examination of patellar reflex, hematology, and electrocardiography were not performed.
Conclusion: Mrs. with chronic hypertension had the lowering blood pressure; IUGR did not take place; and the condition of the fetus was good after one month of treatment.
