ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang dan tujuan : Angka kejadian kasus hiperemesis gravidarum di RSUD Karanganyar sebesar 48 kasus dari 1555 ibu hamil atau 3,12%. Adapun tujuan dari karya tulis ini untuk mempelajari dan memahami asuhan kebidanan pada kasus hiperemesis gravidarum derajat II di RSUD Karanganyar secara komprehensif.
Metode : Observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian Ny.W G2P1A0 dengan hiperemesis gravidarum derajat II, bertempat di RSUD Karanganyar. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen rekam medik. Analisis data secara deskriptif berdasar 7 langkah Varney.
Hasil : Ny.W G2P1A0 datang dengan keluhan mual dan muntah >10 kali/hari, lemas, mata cekung, napas bau aseton, HB: 13,8 gr/dl, hematokrit: 37,1%. Penatalaksanaan infus D5%, RL + ondancetron drip 1 ampul tiap ganti flabot, injeksi ondancetron/12 jam, Antasyd syrup 3x1.
Kesimpulan : Ny.W umur 32 tahun G2P1A0 hamil 7+3 minggu dengan hiperemesis gravidarum derajat II. Perawatan selama 4 hari. Pada akhir perawatan keadaan membaik. Kesenjangan pada kasus Ny.W yaitu tidak dilakukannya pengkajian keseimbangan cairan dan pasien tidak dipuasakan selama 24 jam.

ABSTRACT
Background and Objective: The number of hyperemesis gravidarum incidences at the Local General Hospital of Karanganyar was 48 cases (3.12%) out of 1,555 cases. The objective of this research is to study and understand the midwifery care on the hyperemesis gravidarum case of Level II at the Local General Hospital of Karanganyar comprehensively.
Method: This research used the observational descriptive research method with the case study approach. The subject of research was Mrs.W G2P1A0 with hyperemesis gravidarum of Level II. The research was conducted at the Local General Hospital of Karanganyar. The data of research were collected through in-depth interview, direct observation, and content analysis of medical record. The data of research were descriptively analyzed by using Varney’s Seven Steps.
Result: Mrs.W G2P1A0 was admitted to the hospital. She complained of nausea, vomited more than 10 times/day, and had sunken eyes. Her breath smelled of acetone. Her HB was 13.8 gr/dl, her hematocrit was 37.1%. The client was given the therapies of infusion D5%, RL + ondancetron drip 1 ampoule for each flabot replacement, injection of ondancetron/12 hours, Antasyd syrup 3x1.
Conclusion: Mrs.W G2P1A0 aged 32 years old with the gestational age of 7+3 weeks with the hyperemesis gravidarum of Level II. Following the four days of treatment, her vital signs were good. However, gaps were found that the fuld balance examination was not done, and the client was not fasted during 24 hours.
