ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah implementasi Pendekatan Scientificdengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masa-lah (Problem Based Learning); (2) meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA pada Tema Makananku Sehat dan Bergizi di Kelas IV; dan (3) mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi implementasi Pendekatan Scientificdengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning).
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Sruweng tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 24 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan.Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber yang berasal dari siswa kelas IV, teman sejawat, dan guru kelas IV; serta triangulasi teknik yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan tes.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi Pendekatan Scientificdengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning)sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tahapannya yaitu: (a)Orientation, (b) Organization,(c) Controlling, (d) Generalization, (e) Analisation; (2) Implementasi Pendekatan Scientificdengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning)dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA pada Tema Makananku Sehat dan Bergizi di Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Sruweng dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan proses sains pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus I sebesar 80,00%,pada siklus II sebesar 91,88% dan pada siklus III sebesar 97,50%, dan peningkatan hasil belajar IPA pada siklus I sebesar 79,17%, pada siklus II sebesar 97,82%,dan pada siklus III sebesar 100%; (3) Kendala yang dihadapi, yaitu: (a)pengelolaan kelas yang belum maksimal; (b)siswa membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama dalam pelaksanaanpercobaan; dan (c)siswa belum aktif dalam melakukan kegiatan bertanya. Solusi dari kendala tersebut yaitu: (a)guru diarahkan untuk memberikan bimbingan pada kelompok kecil secara optimal; (b) percobaan dilakukan dengan cara membagikan alat dan bahan kepada tiap kelompok; (c) mengondisikan tiap siswa agar percaya diri dan aktif dalam kelompok, dan (d) memotivasi siwa agar antusias untuk aktif bertanya.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah implementasi Pendekatan Scientificdengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning)dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Sruweng Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015.

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the steps in implementing the Scientific Approach throughProblem Based Learning(2) to improve Natural Science learning in my food healthy and nutritious theme at fourth grade class; and (3) to describe the constrains and solutions in the implementation of Scientific Approach through Problem Based Learning
This research is a Class Action Research (CAR). The experiment was conducted in three cycles, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection on each cycle. Subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 1 Sruweng in academic year 2014/2015, totaling 24 students consisting of 12 male students and 12 female students. Validity of the data used triangulation from fourth grade students, colleagues, and fourth grade teachers; and triangulation techniques with observations, interviews, and tests.
The results show that: (1) the implementation of Scientific Approach through Problem Based Learninghas been carried out in accordance with the following steps: (a)orientation, (b) organization, (c) controlling, (d) generalization, (e) analisation; (2) the implementation of Scientific Approach through Problem Based Learningcan improve Natural Science learning about my food healthy and nutritious theme at the fourth grade students in SDN 1 Sruweng, evidenced by an increase in science process skills to improve of students in each cycle. In the first cycle of 80.00%,in the second cycle of 91.88%, and in second cycle of 97.50%; and to improve Natural Science learning outcomes in my food healthy and nutritious theme at the fourth grade in SDN 1 Sruweng, resulted in learning outcomes of the first cycle amounted to 79.19%,, in the second cycle of 97.82%, and in the three cycle of 100%. (3) Problems encountered in this research were as follow: (a) class management was not maximum; (b) students much time required in the execution of the experiment; and (c) students asked inactively. Solutionsfor this problems are:(a) the teacher is directed to provide guidance on the optimal small groups, especially during the execution of the experiment; (b) make an experiment with alternate way (moving) so that time will be more efficient; and (c) condition each student to feel confident and active in the group; and (d) motivate students to be enthusiastic to actively ask.
The conclusion of this research is the implementation of Scientific Approach through Problem Based Learningcan improve Natural Science learning at the fourth grade students in SDN 1 Sruweng in the academic year of 2014/2015.
