Banking system nowdays starts predominated by the role of human resource,
those are knowledge and menskill. To give an opinion and same idea to the human
resource so it’s formed the job culture. The job culture is an important element in the
company which is leads to the behavior assumed correcty, to be tied, and to mutivate
every individual in there. The purpose of this writing final project to know the job
culture like what applied and how is the influence at employee’s performance.
This writing final project used a descriptive analysis method which give
description about the research’s subject based on getting data. The type of data in this
writing final project used primer data directly by interview at resource person, and
secondary data take it from the various resource data in there. The technique of data
collecting by job training, interview and study pustaka.
This writing final project to show that the job culture applied by BRI Brach
Office Solo Slamet Riyadi are integrity, profesionalisme, become example, client
satisfaction and appreciation to the human resource. Also appear especially at the
employee of credit activity unit from the improvement of credit numbers which
channelled by BRI Branch Office Solo Slamet Riyadi during three years last. Beside
that, there are another positive impact with existence of appling job culture having
good and having continuation.
