ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Akseptor KB suntik di Indonesia sebanyak 48,13%. Akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan di Puskesmas Sangkrah sebanyak 41,48%, dan akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan dengan spotting sebanyak 3,15%.
Tujuan : Mempelajari dan memahami asuhan kebidanan pada kasus KB suntik Depo Provera dengan spotting di Puskesmas Sangkrah Surakarta secara komprehensif.
Metode : Observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Cara pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dan studi dokumen rekam medik. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif berdasar 7 langkah Varney.
Hasil : Ny.H akseptor suntik Depo Provera datang mengalami flek-flek sejak 2 hari yang lalu. Klien diberikan konseling sebab terjadinya spotting dan disuntik Depo Provera yang kelima. Kunjungan hari ketujuh pasien tidak mengeluarkan bercak darah.
Kesimpulan : Ny.H akseptor KB suntik Depo Provera dengan spotting. Pasien tidak mengeluarkan bercak darah sejak hari keenam. Kesenjangan yang terjadi yaitu tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan inspekulo untuk memastikan pengeluaran darah bercak dari jalan lahir dan pemeriksaan Hb untuk mengetahui kadar Hb pasien.

ABSTRACT
Background : The acceptors of injection for family planning in Indonesia was 48.13%. The acceptors of three month injection for family planning in Community Health Center Sangkrah was 41.48%, and the acceptors of three month injection for family planning with spotting was 3.15%.
Objective:  The objective of this case study is to study and understand the midwifery care of the Depo Provera injection for the family planning with spotting in Community Health Center Sangkrah of Surakarta comprehensively.
Method : This research used the observational descriptive research with the case study approach. The data were gathered through interview, direct observation, and document study of medical record. The data were analyzed descriptively based on the seven measures claimed by Varney.
Result : Mrs.H an acceptor of Depo Provera injection came, complaining of experiencing blood spots since two days previously. The client was given a counselling on the cause of spotting and was injected with the fifth Depo Provera dose. On the seventh day visit, the patient no longer experienced blood spots.
Conclusion : Mrs.H was a family planning's acceptor of Depo Provera injection with spotting. The patient's blood spots ceased on the sixth day. The gap was found, for inspeculo examination was not carried out to ensure that the blood came out of the birth canal and Hb test to find out the patient's Hb level was also not performed.
