ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : AKI yang disebabkan abortus sebesar 5% dari kasus yg ada. Di RSUD Sukoharjo ibu hamil yang mengalami abortus incompletus sebanyak 64 orang (5 %).
Tujuan : Untuk mempelajari dan memahami asuhan kebidanan pada kasus   abortus incompletus dan anemia sedang di RSUD Sukoharjo.
Metode : Observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ibu hamil Ny S G3P2A0 dengan abortus incompletus dan anemia sedang, bertempat di RSUD Sukoharjo. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen rekam medik. Analisis data secara deskriptif berdasar 7 langkah varney dan SOAP.
Hasil :Ny S G3P2A0 hamil 9 minggu datang mengeluh perdarahan dari jalan lahir encer disertai gumpalan sejak 10 hari lalu. Telah dilakukan kuretase dan transfusi. Diberikan terapi pre kuret (anastesi umum dan analgesik). Terapi post kuret (cairan nutrisi, antibiotik) . Pada akhir perawatan pasien membaik.
Kesimpulan : Ny S G3P2A0 hamil 9 minggu dengan abortus incompletus dan anemia sedang telah mendapatkan terapi. Pada akhir perawatan pasien membaik.

ABSTRACT
Background: The maternal mortality rate due to abortion was 5%. At Local General Hospital of Sukoharjo regency, the pregnant mothers undergoing abortus incompletes is 64 persons (5%).
Objective: The objective of this research is to study and understand the midwifery care on the case of abortus incompletus and anemia being at Local General Hospital of Sukoharjo regency.
Method: This research used the observational descriptive research method with the case study approach. The subject of the research was Mrs. S G3P2A0 with abortus incompletus and anemia being. The research was conducted at Local General Hospital of Karanganyar regency. The data of the research were gathered through in-depth interview, direct observation, and content analysis on the medical record. The data were analyzed descriptively based on the seven measures claimed by Varney and SOAP.
Result: Mrs. S G3P2A0 with the gestational age of 9 weeks complains of bleeding through her birth canal since 10 days ago . Then, she is exposed to curettage and transfusion. She is given the pre-curettage therapy of  anesthetic and analgetic. The post-curettage therapy  of infuse and antibiotic. Her general condition gets better.
Conclusion: Mrs. E G3P2A0 with the gestational age of 9 weeks undergoes abortus incompletus and anemia being given therapy. Her general condition gets better.
