ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Upaya peningkatan hasil tendangan lambung sepak bola melalui weight training dan kinetic bands pada mahasiswa pembinaan prestasi sepakbola JPOK FKIP UNS tahun 2014.
(2) Peningkatan hasil yang lebih baik antara weight training dan kinetic bands pada mahasiswa pembinaan prestasi sepakbola JPOK FKIP UNS tahun 2014.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pembinaan prestasi sepakbola JPOK FKIP UNS tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Random Sampling. Dari jumlah populasi 60 mahasiswa diambil 20 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa kelompok weight training dan 10 mahasiswa kelompok kinetic bands. Pengelompokan menggunakan ordinal pairing dari hasil pre-test. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu hasil tendangan lambung sepak bola. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji perbedaan (uji-t) pada taraf signifikansi 5%, dengan melalui uji persyaratan yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kelompok 1 memiliki rata-rata hasil pretest 46,975 m dan rata-rata posttest 52,485 m, kelompok 2 memiliki rata-rata pretest 47,350 m dan rata-rata posttest 56,180 m. Peningkatan kelompok 1 sebesar 11,7296%, sedangkan kelompok 2 sebesar 18,6480%. Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil tendangan lambung sepakbola melalui weight training dan kinetic bands, dengan thitung = 2,423 > ttabel = 2,262. Metode kinetic bands memiliki pengaruh lebih baik dari pada weight training, selisih peningkatan hasil tendangan sebesar 6,918%.
Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Ada perbedaan peningkatan hasil tendangan lambung sepak bola melalui weight training dan kinetic bands pada mahasiswa pembinaan prestasi sepakbola JPOK FKIP UNS tahun 2014. (2) Metode Kinetic bands training memiliki peningkatan lebih baik dibandingkan metode weight training terhadap hasil tendangan lambung sepak bola pada Mahasiswa Pembinaan Prestasi Sepakbola JPOK FKIP UNS Tahun 2014.

ABSTRACT
The objective of research was to find out: (1) the attempt of improving the soccer bouncing strike outcome using weight training and kinetic bands in the students of soccer achievement building in Sport and Health Education Department of Teacher Training Education Faculty of Surakarta Sebelas Maret University (JPOK FKIP UNS) in 2014 and (2) which one was better the achievement improvement using weight training or the one using kinetic bands in the students of soccer achievement building of JPOK FKIP UNS in 2014.
This study employed an experimental method. The population of research consisted of 60 students of soccer achievement building of JPOK FKIP UNS in 2014. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Out of 60 students, 20 were taken as the sample: 10 students assigned in weight training and 10 in kinetic bands groups. The grouping was conducted using ordinal pairing based on pre-test result. The data collected was soccer bouncing strike outcome. Technique of analyzing data used was variance test (t-test) at significance level of 5%, using prerequisite test including normality and homogeneity test.
The result of research showed that group 1 had the mean pretest score of 46.975 m and posttest of 52.485 m, group 2 had mean pretest score of 47.350 m and posttest of 56.180 m. Group 1 had an increase of 11.7296%, while group 2 18.6480%. There was a difference of soccer bouncing strike outcome improvement between weight training and kinetics bands, tstatistic = 2.423 > ttable = 2.262. Kinetics bands method had better effect than weight training, with the difference of strike outcome of 6.918%.
The conclusions of research were as follows. (1) There was a difference of soccer strike outcome improvement between using weight training and using kinetic bands in the students of soccer achievement building of JPOK FKIP UNS in 2014. Kinetic bands training method had better improvement compared with weight training in the students of soccer achievement building of JPOK FKIP UNS in 2014.
