ABSTRAK
Casual leasing adalah salah satu divisi manajemen yang berperan penting dalam penyelenggaraan special event di The Park Mall Solo Baru. Casual leasing berperan dalam meramaikan event dengan cara mengisi tenant-tenant pada area casual sesuai tema event yang direncanakan. Dalam hal ini casual leasing harus dapat mempromosikan seluruh area yang digunakan pada event kepada tenant-tenant agar area event yang digunakan terisi penuh oleh tenant dan tidak ada yang kosong.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang menggambarkan bagaimana proses yang diterapkan divisi casual leasing di The Park Mall Solo Baru dalam mempromosikan area pameran kepada tenant.
Berdasarkan proses yang telah diterapkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa casual leasing menerapkan dua metode promosi yaitu metode Personal selling dan metode yang kedua yaitu System Online dan Telepon. Dari dua metode tersebut terbukti casual leasing mampu memenuhi area-area pameran yang digunakan dalam special event. Meskipun demikian dalam pelaksanaan mempromosikan area pameran, casual leasing juga menemui hambatan-hambatan yang menyebabkan sulit dalam mendapatkan tenant. Untuk itu diharapkan casual leasing menambah metode promosi menggunakan media promosi lain yang menyasar langsung kepada tenant serta memperluas daerah promosi dimana disana banyak pengusaha yang berpotensi menjadi tenant di The Park Mall Solo Baru.

ABSTRACT
Casual leasing is one of the division management plays an important role in the organization of special events at The Park Mall Solo Baru. Casual leasing role in jazz event by filling out the tenants in the area of casual event planned according to the theme. In this case the casual leasing should be able to promote all of the area used in the event that the area event tenants used fully by the tenant and no empty.
The method used in this research is descriptive method that describes how the process is applied casual leasing division in The Park Mall Solo Baru in promoting the exhibition area to the tenant.
Based on the process that has been applied it can be concluded that the casual leasing apply two methods, namely the promotion of Personal selling method and the second method is System Online and Telephone. From two methods are proven casual leasing able to meet the areas of special exhibits used in the event. Nevertheless in promoting the implementation of the exhibition area, casual leasing also encountered obstacles that cause difficulty in getting tenants. It is expected to add casual leasing promotion methods is using media other promotions that target directly to the tenant as well as expand the promotional area where there are many entrepreneurs who could potentially become a tenant at The Park Mall Solo Baru.
