ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun instrumen penilaian portofolio dan mengidentifikasi hasil penyusunan instrumen penilaian portofolio untuk siswa kelas X SMA pada materi Suhu dan Kalor yang memenuhi kriteria baik.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui 5 tahap, yaitu (1) tahap analisis, (2) tahap perencanaan, (3) tahap pengembangan, (4) tahap implementasi, dan (5) tahap evaluasi. Subjek coba adalah 6 siswa pada uji coba awal dan  30 siswa pada uji coba lapangan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui analisis kebutuhan, uji ahli, uji coba awal, dan uji coba lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah: (1) teknik analisis data kualitatif melalui hasil observasi, hasil penelaahan instrumen penilaian portofolio oleh validator, dan hasil wawancara; (2) teknik analisis data kuantitatif pada uji ahli sehingga diketahui kriteria validitas instrumen penilaian portofolio dan uji coba lapangan sehingga diketahui kriteria reliabilitas instrumen penilaian portofolio.
Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) penelitian pengembangan instrumen penilaian portofolio dilakukan dengan 5 tahap yang berpedoman pada model ADDIE, yaitu tahap analisis, perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap analisis dilakukan analisis kebutuhan serta studi literatur. Pada tahap perencanaan ditentukan produk yang akan dikembangkan, tujuan, subjek, lokasi penelitian, serta membuat rancangan produk yang dirumuskan dalam rencana kegiatan penilaian portofolio. Pada tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan membuat draf instrumen penilaian portofolio, kemudian dilakukan uji ahli sehingga diketahui kriteria validitasnya serta dilakukan penyempurnaan draft instrumen penilaian portofolio berdasarkan koreksi dan saran dari validator. Pada tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan mengujicobakan instrumen penilaian portofolio di dalam kelas, yaitu dengan uji coba awal dan uji coba lapangan. Tahap akhir adalah tahap evaluasi sehingga diketahui kriteria reliabilitas instrumen penilaian portofolio; (2) hasil pengembangan instrumen dengan validasi pada aspek format, konstruksi, dan bahasa memenuhi kriteria sangat baik dan memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,98 yang memenuhi kriteria istimewa. Dengan demikian, produk akhir berupa instrumen penilaian portofolio memenuhi kriteria sangat baik dan reliabel.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research were to compose a portfolio assessment instrument and identify the results of the composing of a portfolio assessment instrument for senior high school grade X students on temperature and heat chapter that fulfill good criteria.
This research was a research and development that used ADDIE models. This research was conducted in 5 phases, namely (1) phase of analysis, (2) phase of planning, (3) phase of development, (4) phase of  implementation, and (5) phase of evaluation. Subjects of this trials were 6 students in the initial trials and 30 students in the field trials. Data source were obtained through need analysis, expert trials, initial trials, and field trials. Data analysis techniques that used in this research were: (1) qualitative data analysis techniques through observation, the review of portfolio assessment instrument by the validators, and interviews; (2) quantitative data analysis techniques in the expert trials so we got the validity of a portfolio assessment instrument criteria and field trials so we got the reliability of a portfolio assessment instrument criteria.
Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) research and development of a portfolio assessment instruments was conducted with 5 phases based on the ADDIE models, namely the phase of analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. At the phase of analysis was conducted by need analysis and literature studies. At the phase of planning was conducted by determined the product to be developed, the purpose, the subject, the research location, and drafting the product formulated on portfolio assessment activities plan. At the phase of development was conducted by creating a draft portfolio assessment instrument, then conducted by expert trials that can be known the validity criteria, also improvements the draft portfolio assessment instrument based corrections and suggestions from the validators. At the phase of implementation was conducted by trying out portfolio assessment instruments in the classroom, which is the initial trials and field trials. The final is the phase of evaluation that can be known the reliability of a portfolio assessment instrument criteria; (2) the results of the instrument development with the validity on the aspects of the format, construction, and language meets very good criteria and has a reliability coefficient of 0.98 that meet excellent criteria. So that the end product is a portfolio assessment instruments that meet very well criteria and reliable.
