ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Masalah remaja berkaitan dengan kesehatan reproduksi yaitu kurang pengetahuan. Kader remaja sebagai orang terdekat yang memiliki karakteristik sesuai dengan remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kader remaja terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Metode: Desain penelitian Eksperimen semu dengan pretest dan posttest with control grup design. Jumlah responden 77 siswa yang dibagi pada kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan, teknik sampling dengan proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang telah divaliditas. Analisis data dengan menggunakan t test tidak berpasangan. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden berusia 13-15 tahun dan sumber informasi didapat dari teman. Hasil sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan memiliki rata-rata 70,18 dan setelah diberi penyuluhan rata-rata meningkat menjadi 88,87 Setelah dilakukan uji t test tidak berpasangan didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0.001 (p<0.05). Simpulan: Ada pengaruh penyuluhan kader remaja terhadap pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Kata Kunci : Kader Remaja, Pengetahuan, Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja
ABSTRACT
Background : The problem of adolescent reproductive health is asso. Cadres of adolescent as the nearest agent which has characteristics in accordance with teenagers. The purpose of this research is to invastigate the effect of education on cadres of adolescent reproductive health knowledge towards teenagers. Methods : This research used the quasy experimentation with a pretest and posttest relation with control group design. Its samples 77 divided into the control and the experimental group, the technique of sampling with proportional random sampling. The data of research were collected through questionnaire that has been validity. The data of research were analyzed by using the independent t-test. Result : the result of the research shows that most respondents aged 13-15 years and the source of information obtained from a friend. The result of research shows that the pretest average score were 70.18 and the posttest average score were 88.87. The independent t test show that the p-value was 0.001 (p<0,05). Conclusion : There is effect of education on caders to knowledge about adolescent reproductive health teenagers. Keywords : Cadres of Adolescent , Knowledge, Adolescent Reproductive Health
