ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan bertanya siswa kelas XI AP 1 pada mata pelajaran melakukan prosedur administrasi di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Question Student Have.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus penelitian, setiap siklus penelitian meliputi empat tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi.Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI-1 Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi.Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran tipe Question Student Have dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bertanya siswa. Total peningkatan keterampilan bertanya siswa yang meliputi 3 aspek yaitu sikap keberanian, kesesuaian pertanyaan, dan kualitas pertanyaan sebesar 71,87 % dengan rincian pada pratindakan 13,54 % meningkat menjadi 45,83 % pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 85,41 % pada siklus II.
Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Question Student Have meningkatkan keterampilan bertanya siswa kelas XI-1 Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to increase questioning skill of XI AP 1 students in administrating procedure study in State Vocational High School 3 Surakarta by implementing cooperative teaching model type Questioning Student Have.
This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle of this research includes 4 steps, they are: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Subject of the research is XI- AP 1 students of SMK 3 Surakarta with the number of students was 32. Data resources was proceeded from teacher, students, and document. Technique for collecting the data are interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive comparatif technique. Steps of this research including planning, action, observation, and reflection.
The result of this research showed that by implementing teaching model type Questioning Student Have can increase students’ questioning skill. The total increase of students’ questioning skill which consists of 3 aspects namely bravery, question accuracy, and question quality are 71,87% with the details of pre-action 13,54% could achieve 45,83% in Cycle 1 and increased to 85,41% in Cycle 2.
Conclussion of this research is that the implementation of cooperative teaching model type Question Student Have was able to increase questioning skill of XI AP 1 students in administrating procedure study in State Vocational High School 3 Surakarta.
