Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui besarnya penerimaan, biaya dan pendapatan pengusaha mete di Kabupaten Wonogiri, mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan industri kecil, mengetahui alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengembangkan industri kecil mete, mengetahui prioritas strategi yang paling efektif diterapkan dalam mengembangkan industri kecil mete.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penerimaan rata-rata yang diperoleh pengusaha Mete selama 30 hari proses produksi sebesar Rp 45.981.538. Biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan pengusaha sebesar Rp 41.341.673. Pendapatan rata-rata yang diterima oleh pengusaha Mete dalam satu kali proses produksi yaitu Rp 4.639.865. sehingga usaha Mete di Kabupaten Wonogiri memiliki prospek untuk dikembangkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Wonogiri. Alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengembangkan agroindustri Mete di Kabupaten Wonogiri adalah Meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas bahan baku mete lokal,  peralatan, untuk menjaga kepercayaan konsumen seiring meningkatnya permintaan, peningkatan  kebijakan modal  dan pengawasan bahan baku untuk agroindustri mete, meningkatkan kualitas dan jumlah sumber daya manusia pemerintah melalui kegiatan pembinaan untuk memaksimalkan potensi. Prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengembangkan agroindustri Mete di Kabupaten Wonogiri berdasarkan analisis matriks QSP adalah meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas bahan baku mete lokal,  peralatan, untuk menjaga kepercayaan konsumen seiring meningkatnya permintaan.

This research has the aim to understand how much revenue, cost, and income of the Mete’s industrial enterpreneurs in Wonogiri Regency; understanding internal factor and external factor which may interupting the development of small medium enterprise; understanding the alternative strategy which may applied in development Mete’s small medium enterprise; and also to understand the priority strategy which is the most effective to applied in developing the Mete’s small medium enterprise.
According to the results, the average revenue of Mete’s industrial enterpreneurs in 30 days of productions is Rp. 45.981.538. Average cost which lost is Rp. 41.341.673. And the income in one production process is Rp. 4.639.865. so the Mete’s industrial works in Wonogiri Regency has the prospect to be developed by the government there. Alternative strategies can be applied in developing agro-industry Mete in Wonogiri is Increase the production and quality of the local mete, equipment, to maintain consumer confidence with increasing demand, Increased capital policy and supervision of raw materials for agro-industries mete, Improving the quality and quantity of human resources through the government's development activities in order to maximal potential. The priority strategy which may applied in developing the agro-industrial Mete’s factory in Wonogiri Regency according to the matrix analysis of the QSP is to improve the productions and the quality of the lokal Mete’s; equipment; and also to keep the trust of the consumers as in a row as the demand’s improvements
