ABSTRACT
The house is one of the basic necessities of human life. Along with the increasing development of technology, a lot of electronic equipment such as lights, televisions, fans and water pumps are designed to provide convenience and comfort for residents to run the routine of his life. However, with many electronic device inside the house, not a few residents who have not been able to utilize electronic tools properly and efficiently, for example, such as forgetting to turn off the lights and fans, so much electrical energy is wasted.
One way that electrical energy is not wasted in the home automation is to provide a way to control electrical appliances inside the house whenever and wherever the household resides.
Automation in the home is made in the form of a prototype using Raspberry Pi that serves as a component which provides the output to the relay and can be controlled using the web as an interface used by the homeowner.

ABSTRAK
Rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok dalam kehidupan manusia. Bersamaan dengan meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi, banyak sekali alat-alat elektronik seperti lampu, televisi, kipas angin dan pompa air yang dibuat untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi penghuni rumah untuk menjalankan rutinitas hidupnya. Tetapi, dengan banyaknya alat elektronik yang berada di dalam rumah, tidak sedikit penghuni rumah yang belum bisa memanfaatkan alat-alat elektronik dengan baik dan efisien, contohnya seperti lupa mematikan lampu dan kipas angin, sehingga banyak energi listrik terbuang secara sia-sia.
Salah satu cara agar energi listrik tidak terbuang sia-sia adalah memberikan automasi pada rumah dengan cara mengkontrol alat-alat elektronik yang berada di dalam rumah dimanapun dan kapanpun penghuni rumah berada.
Automasi pada rumah ini dibuat dalam bentuk prototype menggunakan Raspberry Pi yang berfungsi sebagai komponen yang memberikan output ke relay dan dapat dikontrol menggunakan web sebagai antarmuka yang digunakan oleh pemilik rumah.
