ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Bidan sangat berperan dalam keberhasilan suatu program pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan pembangunan kesehatan. Pengetahuan, sikap, dan kecakapan seorang bidan menjadi bagian yang menentukan dalam menekan Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan  hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap bidan serta ketersediaan sarana dengan kinerja bidan dalam kegiatan Kelas Ibu Hamil di Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
Subyek dan Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik observasional dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bidan desa yang melaksanakan kelas ibu hamil di Kabupeten Sidoarjo sebanyak 74 bidan. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 62 bidan desa yang melaksanakan Kelas Ibu Hamil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis bivariat dengan korelasi pearson dan multivariat dengan analisis regresi linier ganda.
Hasil : Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan kinerja bidan (B = 2.43, CI95% : 1.88 hingga 2.98 ; p < 0.001). Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sikap dengan kinerja bidan 0.38 unit (B = 0.38, CI95% : 0.17 hingga 0.60 ; p=0.001). Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara ketersediaan sarana dengan kinerja bidan (B = 0.14, CI95% : 0.02 hingga 0.26 ; p=0.022).
Simpulan : Ada hubungan yang positif dan secara statistik signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan ketersediaan sarana dengan kinerja bidan dalam kegiatan Kelas Ibu Hamil.

ABSTRACT
Background: Midwives very much play role for the successfulness of government’s program as to improve the health development. Knowledge, attitude, and skill of a midwife become determining parts to reduce the maternal and infant mortalities. The objective of this research is to investigate the correlation of the knowledge, attitude, and facility and infrastructure availability to the midwives’ performance in the implementation of class activities for pregnant mothers in Sidoarjo regency.
Subject and Method: This research used the observational analytical quantitative method with the cross-sectional approach. Its population was village midwives who conducted the class activities for pregnant mothers as many as 74 in Sidoarjo regency. The samples of research consisted of 62 village midwives and were taken by using the simple random sampling. The data of research were analyzed by using the bivariate analysis with the Pearson’s correlation and the multivariate analysis with the multiple linear regression analysis.
Result: There is a positive and significant correlation between the knowledge and the midwives’ performance as indicated by the value of B = 2.43, CI95%: 1.88 to 2.98; p < 0.001. There is a positive and significant correlation between the midwives’ attitude and their performance as much as 0.38 units as shown by the value of B = 0.38, CI95%: 0.17 to 0.60; p=0.001. There is a positive and significant correlation between the facility and infrastructure availability and the midwives’ performance as signified by the value of B = 0.14, CI95%: 0.02 to 0.26; p=0.022.
Conclusion: There is a statistically positive correlation of the knowledge, attitude, and facility and infrastructure availability to the midwives’ performance in the implementation of class activities for pregnant mothers.
