ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana sikap profesionalisme guru penjasorkes di SMP Negeri Se-Kota Surakarta dan (2) adakah hubungan sikap profesionalisme guru penjasorkes terhadap minat siswa SMP Negeri Se-Kota Surakata Tahun 2014.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi korelasional dengan teknik survei. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru penjasorkes di SMPNegeri se-Kota Surakarta yang berjumlah 48guru penjasorkes dan peserta didik di SMP Negeri se-Kota Surakarta yang berjumlah 392 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang diisi oleh guru penjas dan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, persentase untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jawaban pada setiap soal, uji prasyarat, uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji regresi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap profeisonalisme guru penjasorkes tergolong baik untuk mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa sebesar 1155 atau berpersentase 57%, dan minat belajar siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh sikap profesionalisme guru penjasorkes tergolong baik dengan jumlah 4577 atau berpersentase sebesar 37%. Dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap profesionalisme guru penjasorkes terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri se-Kota Surakarta Tahun 2014 sebesar 16,1%.
Simpulan penelitian ini adalah sikap profesionalisme guru penjasorkes berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri se-Kota Surakarta.Dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap profesionalisme guru penjasorkes terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri se-Kota Surakarta Tahun 2014.

ABSTRACT
The objective of research was to find out how the professionalism attitude of Physical Education and Sport Teachers is to the learning interest of students of in Public Junior High Schools throughout Surakarta and whether or not there is a relationship between the professionalism attitude of Physical Education and Sport Teachers and learning interest of students in Public Junior High Schools throughout Surakarta in 2014.
This study employed a correlational of descriptionmethod with survey technique. The subjects of research were the Physical Education and Sport Teachers in Public Junior High Schools throughout Surakarta consisted of 48 teachers and the students of Public Junior High Schools throughout Surakarta consisting of 392 students. The data was collected using questionnaire completed by physical education teachers and students. Technique of analyzing data used included validity test, reliability test, percentage to find out the score of answer to each item, prerequisite test, normality test, linearity test, and regression test.
Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that the professionalism attitude of physical education and sport teachers belonged to good category to affect the learning interest of students by 1155 or 57%, and the learning interest of students was affected by the physical education and sport teachers belonging to good category by 4577 or 37%. And there was a significant relationship between professionalism attitude to physical education and sport teachers and the learning interest of students in Junior High Schools throughout Surakarta city in 2014 of 16.1%.
The conclusion of research was that the professionalism attitude of physical education and sport teachers contributed to improving the learning interest of students in Public Junior High Schools throughout Surakarta. And there was a significant relationship between the professionalism attitude of physical education and sport teachers and the learning interest of students in Public Junior High Schools throughout Surakarta in 2014.
