ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar
peserta didik kelas X AP 1 pada mata pelajaran prinsip-prinsip penyelenggaraan
administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo melalui penerapan model
pembelajaran kooperatif metode make a match.
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan
penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap; (1)
perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi dan interpretasi, (4)
analisis dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran prinsip-prinsip
penyelenggaraan administrasi perkantoran dan peserta didik kelas X AP 1 di SMK
Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik.
Penelitian ini berkolaborasi dengan guru mata pelajaran prinsip-prinsip
penyelenggaraan administrasi perkantoran, peneliti dan partisipasi aktif dari peserta
didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui empat teknik, yaitu: (1) observasi,
(2) wawancara, (3) tes, dan (4) analisis dokumen.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada
mata pelajaran prinsip-prinsip penyelenggaraan administrasi perkantoran. Hal ini
dibuktikan pada siklus I dan siklus II bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik selalu
meningkat. Rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada pra-tindakan (73,19),
siklus I (83,19) dan siklus II meningkat menjadi (86,39) yaitu 58,3% peningkatannya.
Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar psikomorik peserta didik antar pra-tindakan (80,83),
siklus I (80,33) dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,58 yaitu 8,34% peningkatannya.
Ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif dan psikomotorik peserta didik pada kriteria tuntas
dengan nilai rata-rata (>75%). Dan hasil belajar afektif siklus I terjadi peningkatan
rata-rata peserta didik terutama aspek kedisiplinan hingga pada siklus II terjadi
peningkatan rata-rata sikap peserta didik dengan kriteria baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan
bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik selalu meningkat dari pra-tindakan, siklus I dan
siklus II dan telah mencapai target ketuntasan yang diharapkan. Kesimpulan penelitian
ini adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran make a match pada mata pelajaran Prinsipprinsip
Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Perkantoran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar
pada peserta didik kelas X AP 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2014/2015.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to improve the learning result of the students
in grade X AP 1 on the subject matter of Prinsip-prinsip Penyelenggaraan
Administrasi Perkantoran of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo through the
application of cooperative learning make a match methods.
This research use the classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles. Each
cycle consisted of four phases, namely; (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3)
observation and interpretation, and (4) analysis and reflection. The subjects of the
research involved the teachers of the subject matter of Prinsip-prinsip
Penyelenggaraan Adminstrasi Perkantoran, the researcher, and the students as many as
36 in Grade X AP 1 of State Vocation High School 1 Sukoharjo in academic year
2014/2015. The data of research were collected through observation, in-depth
interview, test, and analysis of the document.
The results of research show an increase in the study of students in the
subjects of the Prinsip-prinsip Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Perkantoran. This is
evidenced in the first cycle and second cycle that the learning outcomes of students is
increasing. On average cognitive achievement of students in the pre-action (73.19), the
first cycle (83.19) and the second cycle increased to (86.39) ie 58.3% of the increase.
While the average student learning outcomes psychomotor between pre-action (80.83),
the first cycle (80.33) and the second cycle increased to 84.58 is 8.34% increase. The
graduation rate of cognitive and psychomotor level learning outcomes of students in
the criteria on value (>75%). And affective learning outcomes first cycle an increase in
the average learners, especially the aspect of discipline until the second cycle an
increase in the average attitude of learners with both criteria. This indicates that the
learning outcomes of students is increasing from pre-action, the first cycle and second
cycle and have achieved the expected target of completeness. The conclusion of this
study is the application of learning methods make a match on the subjects of Prinsipprinsip
Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Perkantoran can improve learning outcomes
among students in Grade X AP 1 of State Vocation High School of 1 Sukoharjo in
academic year 2014/2015.
