Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan personalitas khususnya motivasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, komitmen profesional, kesempatan kerja, dan tekanan kerja antara auditor pria dan wanita yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Surakarta dan Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 30 auditor dengan metode purposive sampling. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji T Test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, komitmen profesional, kesempatan kerja, dan tekanan kerja antara auditor pria dan wanita.

Abstrak
This research aims to determine whether there are differences in personality, especially motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, professional commitment, job opportunities, and working pressure between men and women auditors who work in Public Accountant (KAP) in Surakarta and Yogyakarta.
This research used a sample of 30 auditors with purposive sampling method. To test the hypothesis using T test Test.
The results showed that there were no differences in motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, professional commitment, job opportunities, and working pressure between men and women auditors.
