ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X AP 2 pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono melalui penerapan kolaborasi metode drill dan teknik “berkirim salam dan soal”. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, yang pada tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap; (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, (4) refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 33 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan guru mata pelajaran korespondensi, peneliti dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa kegiatan yaitu: (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) tes, (4) dokumentasi, dan (5) analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan kolaborasi metode drill dan teknik “berkirim salam dan soal” pada siklus I dan siklus II dengan disertai reward dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa terjadi pada tiga aspek, yaitu aspek kognitif sebesar 42,43%, aspek afektif sebesar 42,43%, dan aspek psikomotorik sebesar 48,49%. Hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan prosentase kriteria ketuntasan minimal dari setiap siklus. Aspek kognitif prosentase pra tindakan 45,45% menjadi 63,64% pada siklus I dan 87,88% pada siklus II. Aspek afektif prosentase pra tindakan 42,42% menjadi 60,61% pada siklus I dan 84,85% pada siklus II. Aspek psikomotorik prosentase pra tindakan 39,39% menjadi 57,58% pada siklus I dan 87,88% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kolaborasi metode drill dan teknik “berkirim salam dan soal”dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran korespondensi kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 2 SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono tahun ajaran 2014/2015.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to improve the learning result in the Correspondence subject matter of the students in Grade X AP 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono through the application of collaborative learning model between the Drill Method and the Technique of “Sending Greetings and Questions”. This research used the classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of research were the students as many as 33 in Grade X AP2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono in Academic Year 2014/2015. It involved the Correspondence subject matter teacher, the researcher, and the students’ active participations. The data of research were collected through (1) observation, (2) in-depth interview, (3) test, (4) documentation, and (5) analysis. The result of research shows that the application of collaboration learning model between the drill method and the technique of “sending greetings and questions” in the first cycle and second cycle accompanied by rewards can improve student’s learning outcomes in subjects correspondence. Improving student’s learning outcomes occurs in three aspects, cognitive of 42.43%, affective of 42.43%, and psychomotor of 48,49%. Prior to the treatment, the percentage of the students’ learning result in the cognitive aspect is 45.45%. Following the treatment it becomes 63.64% in Cycle I, and 87.88% in Cycle II respectively. In addition, the percentage of the students’ learning result in the affective aspect is 42.42%. Following the treatment it becomes 60.61% in Cycle I, and 84.85% in Cycle II respectively. Finally, the percentage of the students’ learning result in the psychomotor aspect is 39.39%. Following the treatment it becomes 57.58% in Cycle I, and 87.88% in Cycle II respectively. Thus, the application of collaboration learning model between the Drill Method and the Technique of “Sending Greetings and Questions” can improve the learning result in the Correspondence subject matter of the students in Grade X AP 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono in Academic Year 2014/2015.
