ABSTRACT
The purpose of this observation is to describe about the extension of vehicle registration in service unit revenue and asset area management, One roof system surakarta city. The recources are obtained from interview, document, activity and archive about the cash receipt system. The obtaining data technique comes from interview, observation and through document in archives form or file that connected with  Administration of Vehicle Registration Extension in Service Unit Revenue and Asset Area Management One Roof System Surakarta City.
On december 28th 1976 the government publishes the Joint Degree of the Minister of Defense, Finance Minister and Intern Minister No. Kep/13/XII/1976, Kep 1169/MK/IV/76, No. 311 1976 about simplification  of payment of Vehicle Tax that's related to the services of Vehicle Registration and Mandatory Contribution Funds Road Traffic Accidents in an office with One Roof System. Together with the issuance of this joint decree is expected to create uniformity and maintenance of vehicle registration in all regions of area level 1. The purpose of this unity is to make the processing of vehicle tax easier and to improve the service to the owner of the vehicle. Therefore it is hoped to be able to increase the state income and region, and to discipline the vehicle data.
According to the observation result it is known that the Administration of vehicle registration extension in the service unit revenue and asset area management (UP3AD) One roof system surakarta city runs well. In the implementation, it is already appropriate with UU number 22, 2009 there are elements and procedures that becomes the requirement of administration of vehicle registration extension in service unit revenue and asset area management (UP3AD) One Roof System Surakarta City.
