ABSTRAKPermasalahan remaja yang berkaitan dengan TRIAD KRR (Seksualitas,HIV/AIDS, Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Zat-zat adiktif lainnya/NAPZA) masihmenjadi permasalahan sampai saat ini. Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga BerencanaNasional (BKKBN) mencoba menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut denganmengembangkan Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK R) di lingkungan sekolahdi Indonesia. Konselor sebaya sebagai pengelola PIK R berperan dalam memberikaninformasi dan konseling tentang TRIAD KRR sehingga terjadi peningkatanpengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR. Konselor sebaya dalam melaksanakan perannyaperlu menggunakan media dan metode yang tepat untuk mempermudah prosespenyampaian informasi tentang TRIAD KRR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis pengaruh peran konselor sebaya, media informasi, dan metode pemberianinformasi terhadap pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR di Pusat Informasi danKonseling Remaja.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatancross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua siswa SMA N 1 Pulokulon tahunajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 668 siswa. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 133 siswa denganteknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Teknik analisa datadengan uji Chi Square dan analisis regresi logistik ganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dengankekuatan sedang meskipun secara statistik tidak signifikan antara peran konselor sebayaterhadap pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR dengan OR= 2,17; CI 95% 0,70 sd 6,72;p=0,180, terdapat pengaruh positif dengan kekuatan sangat kuat dan secara statistiksignifikan antara penggunaan media informasi terhadap pengetahuan tentang TRIADKRR dengan OR=10,04; CI 95% 3,27 sd 30,84; p<0,001, terdapat pengaruh positifdengan kekuatan lemah meskipun secara statistik tidak signifikan antara penggunaanmetode pemberian informasi terhadap pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR denganOR=1,55; CI 95% 0,41 sd 5,91; p=0,524.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dari ketiga variabel independen berpengaruhterhadap pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR, variabel yang paling dominanmempengaruhi pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRR adalah media informasi. Penggunaanmedia elektronik mempunyai pengaruh 10,04 kali lebih besar daripada penggunaanmedia cetak dalam memberikan pengetahuan tentang TRIAD KRRKata Kunci: Peran konselor sebaya, media informasi, metode pemberian informasi,pengetahuan TRIAD KRRABSTRACTAdolescent problems related to the adolescent reproductive health TRIAD(Sexuality, HIV/AIDS, Narcotics, Psychotropic substances, and other addictivesubstances) are still being a problem until today. To overcome three problems TheNational Population and Family Planning Board developed a Center of Information andYouth Counseling in Every Indonesian Secondary School. Peer counselors manage theCenter for Information and Youth Counseling in order to provide information andcounseling, releated to the adolescent reproductive health TRIAD. Therefore,knowledge of the adolescent reproductive health TRIAD will be increase. To docounselors duty, the counselors need media and right method to make delivery easilyinformation on the adolescent reproductive health TRIAD. The objective of the studywas to analyze the effects ation media, and informationdissemination method on the adolescent reproductive health TRIAD at the Center forinformation and Youth Counseling.This study used the analytical survey method with the cross sectional approach.Its population was all of the students as many as 668 of Senior Secondary School 1 ofPulokulon in Academic Year 2014/2015. Samples of study were taken by using thesimple random sampling. They consisted of 133 students. The data of research wereanalyzed by using the Chi Square test and multiple logistic regression analysis.Results of the studymoderate but statistically insignificant effect on the adolescent reproductive healthTRIAD with the value of OR= 2.17; CI 95% = 0.70 6.72; and p=0.181; (2) the use ofinformation media has a very strong positive effect to adolescent reproductive healthTRIAD. Statistically, it was significance (OR =10.04; CI 95% = 3.27 30.84; andp<0.001); and (3) the information dissemination method has a positively moderate butstatistically it was not significancet effect on the adolescent reproductive health TRIADwith the value of OR =1.55; CI 95% = 0.41 5.91; p=0.524.In conclusion, all independent variables have an effect on the knowledge ofreproductive health TRIAD of adolescents, and information media is the most dominanvariable to influence knowledge of adolescent reproductive health TRIAD. The effect ofelectronic media to knowledge of adolescent reproductive health TRIAD has 10,04greater than the effect of printed media on the knowledge of reproductive health TRIADof adolescents.Keywords: knowledge of reproductive health TRIAD of adolescent
