ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang isolasi dan identifikasi senyawa polar dari ekstrak rimpang temu glenyeh (Curcuma soloensis. Val). Isolasi dilakukan dengan metode ekstraksi soxhlet. Aseton digunakan sebagai pelarut. Fraksinasi dan pemurnian senyawa dari ekstrak aseton menggunakan kromatografi vakum cair dan kromatografi kolom flash. Setelah dilakukan pemisahan, dipilih 2 isolat yang akan diidentifikasi yaitu fraksi M dan fraksi R29. Elusidasi struktur senyawa dilakukan dengan metode spektroskopi FTIR, NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC) dan GCMS. Fraksi M diidentifikasi sebagai senyawa kurkumin dan fraksi R29 diidentifikasi sebagai senyawa bisakuron.

ABSTRACT
Isolation and identification of rhizome extract temu glenyeh (Curcuma soloensis. Val) polar constituent had been conducted. The isolation was employed by a soxhlet extractor. Aceton was used as a solvent. The fractination and the purification of compound from the acetone extracts were undertaken by vacuum liquid chromatography and flash chromatography. After the separation is employed, it is choosen 2 isolates, namely M fraction and R29 fraction that will be identified. The elucidation of compound structure was done by spectroscopic method such as FTIR, NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC) and GCMS. M fraction was identified as a curcumin and R29 fraction was identified as a bisacurone.
