ABSTRAK
Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui Keberadaan kelompok suporter klub sepakbola PSMS Medan Provinsi Sumatra Utara, 2) mengetahui Dinamika kelompok suporter klub sepakbola PSMS Medan Provinsi Sumatra Utara, 3) mengetahui Bentuk dukungan kelompok suporter pendukung klub sepakbola PSMS di kota Medan Provinsi Sumatra Utara.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Medan, Kota Medan sendiri memiliki dua suporter yang berbeda yaitu suporter KAMPAK FC dan suporter SMeCK Hooligan dan mendukung satu klub sepakbola sama yaitu PSMS Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah dinamika keberadaan kelompok suporter sepakbola di Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatra Utara  (studi kelompok  suporter klub sepakbola PSMS MEDAN). Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumen pencatatan.
Hasil penelitian dinamika keberadaan kelompok suporter sepakbola di Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatra Utara  (Studi Kelompok  Suporter Klub Sepakbola PSMS MEDAN) disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1)Keberadaan suporter SMeCK Hooligan di kota medan dalam mendukung PSMS Medan menunjukkan kesuksesannya dikarna proses manajemen, organisasi, dan sumber dana dalam tubuh suporter ini berjalan dengan baik, 2) Dinamika yang terjadi dalam suporter SMeCK Hooligan terlihat sangat baik di karnakan tujuan, struktur, fungsi dan tugas, pembinaan dan pengembangan, kekompakan, suasana, tekanan, dan keefektifan berjalan dengan sangat baik, 3) Bentuk dukungan yang di berikan suporter SMeCK Hooligan kepada klub sepakbola PSMS Medan sangatlah baik.
Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah di uraikan mengenai Dinamika Keberadaan dan Bentuk dukungan suporter sepakbola PSMS Medan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya dinamika yang terjadi di dalam tubuh SMeCK Hooligan berbeda dengan suporter KAMPAK FC dimana ketika suporter SMeCK Hooligan dengan semangatnya tidak ada hentinya dalam mendukung PSMS Medan. Suporter KAMPAK FC sendiri malah membubarkan diri karna kecewa dengan apa yang di torehkan PSMS Medan saat ini.

ABSTRACT
The objectives of research were: 1) to find out the existence of soccer supporter group of PSMS Medan in South Sumatra Province , 2) to find out the dynamic of soccer supporter group of PSMS Medan in South Sumatra Province, and 3) to find out the form of support from the soccer supporter group of PSMS Medan in South Sumatra Province.
This study was taken place in Medan City; Medan City had two different supporter groups: KAMPAK FC and SMeCK Hooligan, both of which support one same soccer club, PSMS Medan. This research was a descriptive qualitative research with the dynamic existence of soccer supporter group of PSMS Medan in South Sumatra Province (A Study on the soccer supporter group of PSMS Medan) as the subject of research. Techniques of collecting data used were observation, in-depth interview and documentation.
From the result of research on the dynamic existence of soccer supporter group of PSMS Medan in South Sumatra Province (A Study on the soccer supporter group of PSMS Medan), it could be concluded as follows. 1) The existence of SMeCK Hooligan supporter group in Medan city in supporting PSMS Medan showed their success because the management of process, organization, and fund source in this group ran well. 2) The dynamic occurring in SMeCK Hooligan supporter group seemed to be good because objective, structure, function and duty, building and development, solidity, circumstance, pressure, and effectiveness ran very well. 3) The form of support the SMeCK Hooligan supporter group gave to PSMS Medan soccer club was very good.
Considering the discussion elaborated about the dynamic existence and support form of soccer supporter of PSMS Medan, it could be concluded that the dynamic occurring within the SMeCK Hooligan was different from that within KAMPAK FC supporters as indicated with the SMeCK Hooligan supporters supporting PSMS Medan vigorously and incessantly. Meanwhile KAMPAK FC supporters dismissed themselves because they were satisfied with what the PSMS Medan achieved currently.
