ABSTRAK
Latar belakang : Keluhan otot skeletal pada umumnya terjadi karena kontraksi otot yang berlebihan akibat pemberian beban kerja yang terlalu berat dengan durasi pembebanan yang panjang.. Seperti halnya pekerjaan angkat-angkut di PT. Bahama Lasakka, pekerja menerima beban kerja fisik berat yang merupakan faktor resiko terjadinya keluhan muskuloskeletal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan  beban kerja fisik dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal.
Metode : Jenis penilitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampel total sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji statistik korelasi.
Hasil : Ada hubungan antara beban kerja fisik dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal dengan nilai p = 0,000. Nilai kekuatan hubungan antar variabel mempunyai kekuatan korelasi sangat kuat (r = 0,891). Nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 79,38% yang berarti sumbangan beban kerja fisik terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal yaitu sebesar 79,38% sedangkan sisanya 20,62% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
Simpulan : Ada hubungan antara beban kerja fisik dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada tenaga kerja angkat-angkut PT. Bahama Lasakka Ceper Klaten.

ABSTRACT
Background: Complaints of skeletal muscles generally occurs due to excessive muscle contraction caused by provision workloads are too heavy with a long duration of loading.. As lift-haul work in PT. Bahama Lasakka, the worker receives a heavy physical workload which is a risk factor for musculoskeletal disorders.The aim of this research is to determine the relationship of physical workloadwith musculoskeletal complaints.
Methods: This research is observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique using total sampling and obtained sample amount 42 people. Processing techniques and data analysis conducted SPSS version 18 by using statistical test spearman correlation between variables to analyze.
Results: There was a significant correlation with the value of p = 0.000 (p = 0.010) means that there is a significant relationship between physical workload with musculoskeletal complaints.The strength of the relationship between variables value of 0.891 which means the strength of the correlation is very strong.For determinant coefficient value of 79.38%, which means donations physical workload against musculoskeletal disorders in the amount of 79.38% while the remaining 20.62% influenced by other factors.
Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between physical workload with musculoskeletal complaints on labor-haul lift PT.Bahama Lasakka Ceper Klaten.
