ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang K3 bertujuan agar setiap tempat kerja memenuhi syarat-syarat keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sehingga tenaga kerja terhindar dari segala gangguan, kecelakaan, dan penyakit akibat kerja dan dapat bekerja secara optimal. Belum pernah dilakukan identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan dan persyaratan lainnya terkait K3 di perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur tetap identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan K3, persentase tingkat pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan dan kesesuaian penerapan identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2012.
Metode:Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan dan persyaratan lainnya terkait K3.
Hasil:Prosedur Tetap identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan K3 terdiri dari identifikasi peraturan, daftar peraturan, updateperaturan, sosialisasi peraturan dan evaluasi peraturan. Persetase pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan K3 adalah 95,7% taat dan 4,3% belum taat. Penerapan identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan K3 telah ditetapkan dalam kebijakan K3 dan prosedur tetap identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan K3.
Simpulan: Pelaksanaan identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan K3 belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prosedur tetap dan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 50 tahun 2012. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan identifikasi dan evaluasi pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan K3 sesuai dengan prosedur yang sudah ada.

ABSTRACT
Background: Legislation in the field of K3 intended that each workplace meeting the requirements of occupational safety and health, labor so avoid all distractions, accidents and occupational diseases and to work optimally. Has never performed the identification and evaluation of compliance with laws and regulations and other requirements related to K3 in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure remains the identification and evaluation of compliance with laws and regulations K3, the percentage of the level of compliance of legislation and implementation of the identification and evaluation of the suitability of compliance legislation by Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012.
Methods: This type of research is descriptive research that aims to describe the identification and evaluation of compliance with laws and regulations and other requirements related to K3.
Results: Procedure identification and evaluation of compliance with laws and regulations K3 consists of the identification regulations, a list of rules, update rules, dissemination and evaluation of regulatory rules. Persetase compliance legislation obedient K3 is 95.7% and 4.3% have not obeyed. The application of the identification and evaluation of compliance with laws and regulations stipulated in the K3 K3 policies and procedures remain the identification and evaluation of regulatory compliance K3.
Conclusions: The implementation of the identification and evaluation of compliance with laws and regulations K3 not fully in accordance with standard operating procedures and the Indonesian Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012. Suggestions which can be given is to optimize the implementation of the identification and evaluation of compliance with laws and regulations K3 in accordance with existing procedures.
