ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Anemia gizi karena kekurangan zat besi merupakan masalah gizi utama di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Adanya prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri 22,7% menurut hasil Riskesdas Kementerian Kesehatan RI (2013), remaja putri sebagai calon ibu hamil dan mengalami menstruasi setiap bulan serta pendidikan anemia gizi selama ini belum dilakukan secara terstruktur di lingkungan SLTA juga remaja putri belum mempunyai kebiasaan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe, maka perlu dilakukan pendidikan anemia gizi terkait pengetahuan dan perilaku mengkonsumsi tablet Fe serta pemeriksaan kadar Hemoglobin. Tujuan  penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan anemia gizi audio visual dan leaflet terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku mengkonsumsi tablet Fe serta kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putrid di Kota Madiun.
Metode : Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan pretest posttest group design. Variabel bebas yaitu Pendidikan Anemia Gizi Audio Visual serta Pendidikan Anemia Gizi Audio Visual dan leaflet. Variabel terikat yaitu Tingkat  Pengetahuan Tentang Anemia, Perilaku Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe dan Asupan Gizi Remaja Putri. Uji statistik paired t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan  dan perilaku serta kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok media LCD dengan dan tanpa leaflet (pada kelompok perlakuan yang sama) dan uji independent t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh pendidikan dengan media LCD dan atau tanpa leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan perilaku serta kadar hemoglobin (pada kedua kelompok perlakuan).
Hasil Penelitian : 1). Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan anemia gizi audio visual tanpa leaflet terhadap tingkat pengetahuan (p = 0,000), perilaku minum tablet Fe (p = 0,012) dan asupan protein makanan (p = 0,001); 2). Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan anemia gizi audio visual dengan leaflet terhadap tingkat pengetahuan (p = 0,000), perilaku minum tablet Fe (p = 0,010) dan asupan protein (p = 0,008) serta asupan Fe (p = 0,006); 3). Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan (p = 0,005) responden pada pendidikan anemia gizi audio visual tanpa leaflet dibandingkan dengan menggunakan leaflet.
Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan anemia gizi audio visual tanpa atau dengan leaflet dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan anemia gizi pada remaja putri, perilaku minum tablet Fe dan asupan protein. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan responden pada pendidikan anemia gizi audio visual dibandingkan dengan pada pendidikan anemia gizi audio visual dengan leaflet.

ABSTRACT
Background: Nutritional Anemia was a major nutritional problem in the world, including Indonesia. There were prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls was 22,7%, according to Riskesdas by the Ministry of Health (2013), the presence of young women as candidates for pregnant women who menstruate every month as well as nutritional anemia study had not been conducted in a structured high school environment and adolescent girls did not have the habit of consuming Fe tablet, it was necessary to study the nutritional anemia related of their knowledge, behavior of Fe tablet intake and Hemoglobin level examination. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual with a leaflet on the level of knowledge and knowledge, behavior of Fe tablet intake and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls Madiun.
Methods: a quasi-experimental (quasi experiment) with Pretest posttest group design. Independent variables that educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual and leaflets. Dependent variable were the rate of Knowledge About Anemia, knowledge, behavior of Fe tablet intake and Nutrient Intake of Young Women. Statistical test paired t-test to determine differences in knowledge and behavior as well as hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention on the media group LCD with and without leaflet (in the same treatment group) and independent t-test test to determine differences in media education with LCD and or without leaflet effects on knowledge and behavior as well as the levels of hemoglobin (in both treatment groups).
Results: 1). There was significant educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual  on the level of knowledge (p = 0.000), knowledge, behavior of Fe tablet intake (p = 0.012) and protein intake (p = 0.001); 2). There was significant educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual and leaflets on the level of knowledge (p = 0.000), behavior of Fe tablet intake (p = 0.010) and protein intake (p = 0.008) as well as Fe intake (p = 0.006); 3). There was differences in the level of knowledge (p = 0.005) of respondents in the educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual compared with plus leaflets.
Conclusion: There was the influence of educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual and leaflet can improve their knowledge of nutritional anemia in adolescent girls, knowledge, behavior of Fe tablet intake and protein intake. There was differences in the level of knowledge of the respondents in the educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual compared with the educational nutritional of anemia with audio-visual and leaflets.
