ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan yaitu: (1) mengembangakan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton dan penerapannya berdasarkan kurikulum 2013, (2) mengetahui kualitas instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton dan penerapannya berdasarkan kurikulum 2013, dan (3) mengetahui respon guru terhadap instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton dan penerapannya berdasarkan kurikulum 2013.
Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan perangkat pembelaajran yang disusun dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada jenis pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu yang meliputi (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation dan (5) evaluation.
Hasil penelitian dan pengembanagn yaitu: (1) instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X, (2) kualitas instrumen yang diperoleh dari hasil validasi yaitu (a) kevalidan RPP 3,90, (b) kevalidan LKS 3,752, dan (c) kevalidan instrumen pembelajaran 3,58 (3) respon guru terhadap instrumen penilaian hasil belajar fisika SMA kelas X pada materi hukum Newton berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 adalah 3,39

ABSTRACT
The aim of research and development, namely: (1) develop the instrument of assessment of learning outcomes high school physics class X on the material Newton's law and its application based on the curriculum of 2013, (2) determine the quality of assessment instruments learning outcomes of high school physics class X on the material Newton's law and its application based curriculum in 2013 and (3) determine the response of teachers to the learning outcomes assessment instruments high school physics class X in Newton's laws of matter and its applications based on the curriculum of 2013.
Methods used in research and development Research and Development (R &D). Model development of learning tools compiled in this study refers to the type of ADDIE development, namely that include (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation.
Results of research and pengembanagn namely: (1) learning outcomes assessment instruments high school physics class X, (2) quality of instruments derived from the results of validation that (a) the validity RPP 3.90, (b) the validity LKS 3.752, and (c) the validity learning instruments 3.58 (3) the response of teachers to the learning outcomes assessment instruments high school physics class X on Newton's law based curriculum materials in 2013 was 3.39
