ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X1 AP 1 pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran kompetensi dasar menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe mind mapping
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap; (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi dan interpretasi, (4) analisis dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AP 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti berkolaborasi dengan guru mata pelajaran pengantar adminstrasi perkantoran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui empat teknik, yaitu: (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) dokumentasi, dan (4) tes.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan pada siklus I dan siklus II hasil belajar siswa selalu meningkat. Sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning tipe mind mapping, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa adalah 70.32 (47,22%) sedangkan ranah afektif kriteria sangat baik 17.46% kriteria baik 29.37% kriteria cukup 47.22% kriteria kurang 4.76% . Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mencapai 79,81 (77,78%) sedangkan ranah afektif siswa kriteria sangat baik 32.54%, pada kriteria baik 40,87%,kriteria cukup 23,81%, kriteria kurang 2.78%. Hasil belajar ranah psikomotorik siswa kriteria sangat baik 37.50%, kriteri baik 46.53% dan kriteria cukup 15.97%. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa ranah kognitif meningkat pada 84.11 (91.67%). Sedangkan untuk ranah afektif kriteria sangat baik 63,10%, kriteria baik 33.73%, kriteria cukup 31,80%. Hasil belajar ranah psikomotorik siswa kriteria sangat baik 68.06%,kriteria baik 25.69% dan kriteria cukup 6.25%
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe mind mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pengantar administrasi perkantoran kompetensi dasar menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen pada siswa XI AP 1 SMK Negeri I Karanganyar pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to improve the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Office Administration of the basic competency of Using Information Management of the students in Grade XI AP 1 of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar through the application of the Quantum Teaching of the Mind Mapping type.
This research used the classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation and interpretation, and analysis and reflection. The subjects of research were the students as many As 36 in Grade XI AP 1 of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2014/2015. In this research, the researcher had collaboration with the teacher of the subject matter of Office Administration. The data of research were collected through observation, in-depth interview, documentation, and test.
The result of research shows that could improve the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Office Administration from Cycle I to Cycle II by the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model of the Mind Mapping type. Prior to the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model, in the cognitive domain 47.22% of the students had the average score of 70.32. In affective domain, the percentage of the students with the very good criterion was 17.46%; that of the students with the good criterion was 29.37%; that of the students with the fair criterion was 47.22%; and that of the students with the less good criterion was 4.76%. Following the treatment in Cycle I, in cognitive domain 77.78% of the students had the average score of 79.81. In affective domain, the percentage of the students with the very good criterion became 32.54%; that of the students with the good criterion became 40.87%; that of the students with the fair criterion became 23.81%; and that of the students with the less good criterion became 2.78%. Furthermore, in psychomotor domain, the percentage of the students with the very good criterion became 37.50%; that of the students with the good criterion was 46.53%; and that of the students with the fair criterion was 15.97%. Following the treatment in Cycle II, in cognitive domain 91.67% of the students had the average score of 84.11. In affective domain, the percentage of the students with the very good criterion became 63.10%; that of the students with the good criterion became 33.73%; and that of the students with the fair criterion became 31.80%. Next, in the psychomotor domain, the percentage of the students with the very good criterion became 68.06%; the percentage of the students with the good criterion became 25.69% and that of the students with the fair criterion became 6.25%.
Thus, can improve the learning result in the subject matter of Introduction to Office Administration of the basic competency of Using Information Management of the students in Grade XI AP 1 of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2014/2015 by the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model of the Mind Mapping type.
