ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal sosial, motivasi, kompetensi, kepemimpinan, disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 275 orang dari kelompok medis, perawatan, penunjang dan administrasi. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan adalah Struktural Eqution Modeling (SEM) dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan pengujian dimensinya dengan conformatory factor analysis (CFA), dengan program AMOS 16. Hasil goodness of fit indicies setelah modifikasi adalah chi square : 1733.826 dengan probabilitas chi square = 0,000; CMIN/DF = 1,605; AGFI = 0,763; CFI = 0.944; TLI = 0,929; dan RMSEA = 0,047.
Hasil pengujian kausalitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai estimasi 0,225 dan probabilitas 0,049; variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai estimasi 0,069 dan probabilitas 0,467; variabel kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai estimasi 0,124 dan probabilitas 0,280; variabel disiplin berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai estimasi 0,329 dan probabilitas 0,0001; variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai estimasi 0,004 dan probabilitas 0,942; variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai estimasi 0,364 dan probabilitas 0,002; dan variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dengan nilai estimasi 0,210 dan probabilitas 0,11.
Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja maka RSUD Dr. Moewardi selalu menanamkan, menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan sebagai salah satu factor dalam modal sosial, kedisiplinan, motivasi, kompetensi budaya organisasi melalui pelatihan terhadap karyawan, kegiatan Outbound Team Building atau outbound low impact, rekrutmen berbasis kompetensi dan workshop teknis bagi profesi.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to find out the effect of social capital, motivation, competency, leadership, discipline, job environment and organizational culture on the employee performance in health service facility of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Local General Hospital. This study was conducted with 275 persons coming from medical, treatment, supporting and administrative groups. Technique of analyzing data used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by examining its dimension first with conformatory factor analysis (CFA), with AMOS 16 program. The result of goodness of fit indices after modification was chi square: 1733.826 with probability chi square: 0.000; CMIN/DF = 1.605; AGFI = 0.763; CFI = 0.944; TLI = 0.929; and RMSEA = 0.047.
The result of causality test showed that social capital variable affected positively the performance with estimated value of 0.225 and probability of 0.049; motivation variable did not affect positively the performance with estimated value of 0.069 and probability of 0.467; competency variable did not affect positively the performance with estimated value of 0.124 and probability of 0.280; discipline variable affected positively the performance with estimated value of 0.329 and probability of 0.0001; job environment variable did not affect positively the performance with estimated value of 0.004 and probability of 0.942; organizational culture variable affected positively the performance with estimated value of 0.364 and probability of 0.002; and leadership variable affected positively the performance with estimated value of 0.210 and probability of 0.11.
Based on the result above, it was recommended that to improve the performance Dr. Moewardi Local General Hospital should always implant, grow, and improve trust as a factor of capital social, discipline, motivation, competency, and organizational culture through training for employees, Outbound Team Building or outbond low impact activities, competency-based recruitment and technical workshop for profession.
