ABSTRAK
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal peserta didik kelas XI TB 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bancak Kabupaten Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015 melalui penerapan model problem based learning.
Bertolak dari tujuan penelitian tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan prosedur penelitian tindakan yang dilaksanakan di kelas, sehingga disebut Penilaian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) . Satu Siklus terdiri dari satu pertemuan. Masing-masing siklus dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes objektif pilihan ganda dan non-tes berupa angket.
Berdasarkan hasil pada siklus I, ketuntasan klasikal kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sebesar 74,07% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 76, siklus II sebesar 92,59% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 78 dan pada siklus III mencapai 96,15 % dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 82. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan tercapainya ketuntasan klasikal.
Berdasarkan angket pada siklus I, II dan III diperoleh data persentase nilai-nilai kearifan lokal peserta didik masing-masing sebesar 96,30%,100% dan siklus III sebesar 100%. Rata-rata kelas hasil angket menunjukkan: siklus I sebesar 85,73, siklus II sebesar 89,53 dan pada siklus III sebesar 93,43.
Dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning di kelas XI TB1 SMK Negeri 1 Bancak Kabupaten Semarang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal peserta didik.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is: to improve the critical thinking ability and the comprehension of local wisdom values of students in XI TB 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bancak, Kabupaten Semarang in the school year 2014/2015 through the application of Problem Based Learning model.
Based on the purpose of the study, the researcher used a procedure of action research in the classroom, so it called Class Action Assessment (PTK). One cycle consisted of one meeting. Each cycle in this study consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used multiple-choice objective test and non-test in the form of a questionnaire.
Based on the results of the first cycle, classical completeness critical thinking skills of students by 74.07% with an average value of grade 76, second cycle of 92.59% with an average value of grade 78 and the third cycle reaches 96.15% with average value of grade 82. The results of these studies noted an increase in critical thinking skills and the achievement of classical completeness.
Based on the questionnaire cycle I, II and III data showed percentage of students’ local wisdom values respectively by 96.30%, 100% and 100% the third cycle. Class average poll result shows: the first cycle of 85.73, the second cycle of 89.53 and the third cycle of 93.43.
From the result of class action research it can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning model in XI TB1 class SMK Negeri 1 Bancak Kabupaten Semarang can improve critical thinking ability and the comprehension of local wisdom values of students.
