ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan : (1) aktivitas belajar dan (2) prestasi belajar peserta didik SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta melalui pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) diserta media kartu soal pada materi pokok Stoikiometri.
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas X MIA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Objek penelitian adalah aktivitas dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, interview (wawancara), kuesioner (angket), tes, dan pemeriksaan dokumen. Tahapan penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.
Hasil penelitian pada materi pokok Stoikiometri kelas X MIA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 menunjukkan bahwa : (1) persentase ketuntasan aktivitas belajar peserta didik sebesar 90,32% pada siklus I. (2) peningkatan prestasi belajar dilihat dari persentase aspek pengetahuan pada siklus I sebesar 51,61 % meningkat menjadi 77,42 % pada siklus II. Ketuntasan prestasi belajar aspek sikap mencapai 100,0 % pada siklus I, dan ketuntasan aspek keterampilan dengan persentase sebesar 82,52 % pada siklus I.

ABSTRACK
The purpose of this research were to improve : (1) the learning activities and (2) the student’s achievement SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta used Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with question card in the stoichiometry material.
This was a classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles. The subject of this research were students of class X MIA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta Semester Genap year 2014/2015. The objects were activities and student’s chievement. Data collected through observation, interview, questionnaire, test, also check document. The classroom action research consist of planning, acton, observation, and reflection.
The results in the stoichiometry material class X MIA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta year 2014/2015 showed that : (1) learning students activities can be seen from the percentage obtained in the first cycle as much as 90,32%. (2) learning achievement improvement can be seen from percentage of knowledge aspect were improved from 51,61% in the first cycle to 77,42% in second cycle. The improve achievement on attitude aspect in the firs cycle as much as 100% and the percentage of the skills in the first cycle as much as 82,52%.
