ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Terpadu (KPS-T) siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiriterbimbing dipadu brainstorming activities di kelas XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus.Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi.Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Validisi data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan KPS-T kelas XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dipadu brainstorming activities. Peningkatan tersebut berdasarkan hasil observasi pada aspek menyusun hipotesis sebesar 65,28%, aspek merancang penelitian sebesar 72,69%, aspek melakukan penelitian sebesar 79,63% dan aspek menganalisis data sebesar 68,98%. Selain itu, peningkatan KPS-T siswa berdasarkan tes kognitif KPS-T pada aspek menyusun hipotesis sebesar 91,67%, aspek merancang dan melakukan penelitian sebesar 82,41%, aspek menganalisis data sebesar 65,97%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan KPS-T siswa dalam pembelajaran biologimelalui penerapan model pembelajaraninkuiri terbimbing dipadu brainstorming activities di kelas XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar

ABSTRACT
The research objective was to improve student’sIntergated Science Process Skill (SPS)on biology through the use of guided inquiry combined brainstorming activitiesat grade XI MIA 2 of SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar.
The research is considered as Classroom Action Research that performed within 2 cycles and consists of 4 steps namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of research is 36 students of XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar academic year 2014/2015. Data are obtained by observation, test, interview, and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique. The research uses triangulation methods.
The result in cycles I and II showed that the increasing student’s Intergated SPSthrough the application of guided inquiry combined brainstorming activities. That improvement based on observation results in constructing hyphothesis was about 62,8%, designing investigations was about 72,69%, experimenting was about 79,63%, and acquiring and processing data was about 68,98%. Beside that, the improvement based on Integrated SPS cognitive test results in constructing hyphothesis was about 91,67%, experimenting was about 82,41%, and acquiring and processing data was about 65,97%.The conclusion of this research describes there was increasing Integrated SPS of student on biology through the application of guided inquiry combined brainstorming activitiesat grade XI MIA 2 in SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar
