ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengetahui pengaruh persepsi guru tentang
kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap transparansi pengelolaan
keuangan sekolah; 2) mengetahui pengaruh persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan
transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan
sekolah.Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua guru sekolah negeri tingkat
SMA/SMK/MA di Kota Madiun. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan
adalah teknik purpusive sampling menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 120 responden.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier
sederhana.
Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru tentang
kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan berpengaruh positif terhadap
transparansi pengelolaan keuangan sekolah; 2) persepsi guru tentang
kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap
akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien
determinasi pada Model 1 diperoleh nilai sebesar 28,7 persen, sisanya sebesar
71,3 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor diluar Model 1. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi
pada Model 2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 13,8 persen, sisanya sebesar 86,2 persen
dijelaskan oleh faktor diluar Model 2.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to: 1) determine the influence of teachers' perceptions of
transformational leadership principals to transparency of financial management
of the school; 2) the effect of teachers' perceptions of transformational leadership
principals on school accountability in financial management.The research
population is all public school teachers SMA/SMK/MA at Madiun.The sampling
method is purpusive sampling producing a sample of 120 respondents. The
analysis method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis.
The results indicate that: 1) transformational leadership has a positive and
significant association with school transparency of financial management; 2)
transformational leadership has a positive and significant association with
school accountability in financial management. Furthermore, test resultof
coefficient of determination in Model 1 is 28,7 percent, while the remaining (71,3
percent) is explained by factors outside the Model 1. The test result of the
coefficient of determination in Model 2 is 13,8 percent, while the remaining (86,2
percent) is explained by factors outside the Model 2.
