ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan teknik modeling
kognitif dengan talking stick untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mengikuti pelajaran
matematika pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Jombor 01 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran
2015/2016.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen (quasi experimental
dengan desain Two groups pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah
peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Jombor 01 yang memiliki efikasi diri rendah
dalam mengikuti pelajaran matematika. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20
orang, yang terdiri kelas VA berjumlah 10 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen
dan kelas VB berjumlah 10 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, yaitu angket efikasi diri mengikuti
pelajaran matematika yang disusun dengan mengacu pada aspek-aspek yang
dikemukakan oleh Bandura (1977) yaitu level, generality, dan strength.
Pelatihan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mengikuti pelajaran matematika
menggunakan teknik modeling kognitif dengan talking stick dilaksanakan selama
tiga kali pertemuan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik non parametrik
dengan uji mann whitney dan uji wilcoxon menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20.
Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa Z sebesar -3.531 dengan nilai signifikansi
0,000. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa teknik modeling kognitif dengan talking
stick efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mengikuti pelajaran matematika pada
peserta didik kelas V SDN Jombor 01.

ABSTRACT
The research aimed to study the effectiveness of Cognitive modeling
techniques with the talking stick in improving self-efficacy following the math
lesson for students class V in SDN Jombor 01 (Elementary School).
This research was an experimental research with quasi experimental with
