ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang meliputi aspek: menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5), mencipta (C6) dan mengurangi miskonsepsi pada materi Ekologi siswa kelas X Sains 1 SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 melalui penerapan e-module berbasis Problem-Based Learning (PBL).
Penelitian merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua Siklus yang setiap Siklusnya meliputi tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Sains 1 SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik tes dan non tes. Validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Target penelitian adalah peningkatan semua aspek kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi sebesar 30% dan penurunan miskonsepsi Ekologi sebesar 20% di akhir Siklus
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aspek-aspek berpikir tingkat tinggi pada Pra-Siklus/Siklus I/Siklus II secara berturut yaitu: aspek menganalisis 27,50%/62,71%/63,13%; aspek mengevaluasi 41,80%/65,63%/71,19%; aspek mencipta 33,12%/62,80%/85,42%. Miskonsepsi materi Ekologi mengalami penurunan pada Pra-Siklus/Siklus I/Siklus II secara berturut yaitu: konsep populasi 61,67%/43,34%/19,73%; konsep komunitas 63,13%/32,78%/27,50%; konsep rantai dan jaring-jaring makanan 52,19%/20,56%/19,45%; konsep ekologi dalam konteks salingtemas 74,07%/41,12%/38,62%. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan penurunan miskonsepsi melalui penerapan e-module berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada siswa kelas X Sains 1 SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.

ABSTACT
The purpose of the study is to improving students’ high order thinking skills which consist of three aspect those are: analysis (C4), evaluate (C5), create (C6) and reducing students’ misconception on Ecology material for the tenth grade students of Science 1 Class of Karanganyar 2 State Senior High School in Academic Year of 2014-2015 through the application of e-module using problem based learning.
This study is a classroom action research with two Cycle which consists of: planning, acting , observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this research are all of the tenth grade students of science 1 in Karanganyar 2 State Senior High School which are 40 in total. The technique of data collection comprise test and non test. The validation of the data used triangulation data technique. The descriptive qualitative analysis is used in this research. Target of the research are high order thinking skill aspects improve 30% and misconception on Ecology material reduce 20% at the end of the Cycle
The result of the study showed that there was improved in each aspect of high order thinking skills from Pre-Cycle/1st Cycle/2nd Cycle, those are analysis aspect 27,50%/62,71%/63,13%; evaluate aspect 41,80%/65,63%/71,19%; create aspect 33,12%/62,80%/85,42. Misconception in Ecology material reduce from Pre-Cycle/1st Cycle/2nd Cycle, those are Population concept 61,67%/43,34%/19,73%; Community concept 63,13%/32,78%/27,50%; Food Chain and Food Web concept 52,19%/20,56%/19,45%; Ecology concept in Science, Environment, Technology and Society (SETS) 74,07%/41,12%/38,62%. The conclusion are improvement students’ high order thinking skills and reduction students’ misconception on ecology material for the tenth grade students of Science 1 Class of Karanganyar 2 State Senior High School in Academic Year of 2014-2015 through the application of e-module using problem based learning.
