ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh kecerdasanemosional terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015, 2) Pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadaphasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban TahunAjaran 2014/2015, 3) Pengaruh interaksi kecerdasan emosional dan lingkunganbelajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitianini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban yang berjumlah139 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 103 siswa. Teknik pengambilansampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan dari 2 teknik pengambilansampel, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak dan proporsional/sebanding.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket/kuesioner danteknik dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linearberganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswakelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015, yang dibuktikandengan thitung sebesar 2,017 > ttabel sebesar 1,98 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,046yang berarti < 0,05; 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkunganbelajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015, yang dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 2,297> ttabel sebesar 1,98 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,024 yang berarti < 0,05; 3)Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan interaksi kecerdasan emosional danlingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMANegeri 1 Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015, yang dibuktikan dengan Fhitungsebesar 7,171 > Ftabel yaitu 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 yang berarti <0,05. Persamaan garis linear berganda dari variabel X1, X2, dan Y dalampenelitian ini yaitu Y = -6,707 + 0,295 X1 + 0,465 X2.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Lingkungan Belajar, Hasil BelajarABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the effect ofemotional intelligence on the learning result in Accounting of the students inGrade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 ofMojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015, (2) the effect of learning environmenton the learning result in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social ScienceProgram of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Mojolaban in Academic Year2014/2015; and (3) the interaction of effect between the emotional intelligenceand the learning environment on the learning result in Accounting of the studentsin Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 ofMojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015.This research used the quantitative method. Its population was all of thestudents as many as 103 in Grade XI of Social Science Program of theaforementioned school. The samples of research consisted of 103 students. Theywere taken by using two combined sampling techniques, namely: randomsampling technique and proportionate sampling technique. The data of researchwere collected through questionnaire and documentation and analyzed by usingthe multiple linear regression technique of analysis.The results of research are as follows: (1) there is a positive andsignificant effect of the emotional intelligence on the learning result inAccounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program of State SeniorSecondary School 1 of Mojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015 as indicated bythe value of tcount = 2.017 > that of ttable = 1.98 and the significance value = 0.046which is less than 0.05; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the learningenvironment on the learning result in Accounting of the students in Grade XI ofSocial Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Mojolaban inAcademic Year 2014/2015 as signified by the value of tcount = 2.297 > that of ttable= 1.98 and the significance value = 0.024 which is less than 0.05 ; and (3) there isa positive and significant interaction of effect between the emotional intelligenceand the learning environment on the learning result in Accounting of the studentsin Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 ofMojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015 as shown by the value of Fcount = 7.171 >that of Ftable = 3.09 and the significance value = 0.001 which is less than 0.05. themultiple linear line equation of Variables X1, X2, and Y is Y = -6.707 + 0.295 X1 +0.465 X2.Keywords: Emotional intelligence, learning environment, learning result
