ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan buku panduan konseling kelompok AT
untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1
Jumapolo Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
pengembangan/ R&D (Research and Development) dengan rancangan One Group
Pretest Posttest Design. Subjek kelompok eksperimen terdiri dari 8 peserta didik
Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Jumapolo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan
angket. Analisis data menggunakan Interrater Agreement Model dan Wilcoxon
Sign Rank Test dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 20. Hasil analisis
menunjukkan bahwa indeks hasil uji ahli dari Uji Interrater Agreement Model
sebesar 0,929 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian buku panduan oleh kedua
ahli memiliki validitas sangat baik dengan tingkat kehandalan almost perfect
agreement, artinya kedua ahli memberikan penilaian yang sama pada buku
panduan konseling kelompok AT. Hasil dari uji tersebut didukung dengan Uji
Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test, diperoleh hasil dari Uji Wilcoxon adalah 0,012 dengan
signifikansi 0,05 sehingga 0,012<0,05. Jadi, terdapat perbedaan antara nilai
pretest dengan nilai postest kelompok eksperimen setelah diberikan treatment
berupa konseling kelompok Analisis Transaksional. Simpulan penelitian ini
adalah pendekatan konseling kelompok Analisis Transaksional efektif untuk
meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1
Jumapolo Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research was to know the
effectiveness of Transactional Analysis group counselling guiding book to
improve students’ motivation of VIII grade SMP Negeri 1 Jumapolo in the
academic year 2015/2016. This was a Research and Development (R&D) research
with One Group Pre-test Post-test design which was consist of one group
experimental was given pre-test-treatment-post-test. The subjects of the group
experimental consist of eight students. Data collection technique used
questionnaire. Data analysis used Interrater Agreement Model and Wilcoxon Sign
Rank Test, and it was helped by IBM SPSS Statistic 20. The result of analysis
showed that test index of Interrater Agreement Model was 0.929 it could be
concluded that the assessment of guiding book from two expert has very good
validity with accountability almost perfect agreement, it meant the two experts
gave same assessment to the AT counselling group guiding book. The result from
that test was supported by Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test,it is got from Wilcoxon test
was 0.012 with significant 0.05 so that 0.012<0.05. This, there was difference
between pre-test score and post-test score of experimental group after given
treatment in the form of Transactional Analysis Group counselling. The
conclusion of this research was Transactional Analysis Group counselling
approach was effective to improve students’ motivation at VIII grade SMP Negeri
1 Jumapolo in the academic year 2015/2016.
