ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) karakteristik modul IPA Terpadu berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada tema pemanasan global; 2) kelayakan modul IPA Terpadu berbasis inkuri terbimbing pada tema pemanasan global; 3) efektivitas modul IPA Terpadu berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains bagi siswa pada tema pemanasan global.
Penelitian pengembangan modul IPA Terpadu berbasis inkuiri termbing ini menggunakan prosedur pengembangan model Four-D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan yang memuat 4 langkah yaitu: 1) pendefinisian (define), 2) perancangan (design), 3) pengembangan (develop), 4) penyebaran (dissemination). Masing-masing tahapan tersebut telah dilakukan penelitian sehingga data yang diperoleh untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengembangan modul IPA Terpadu adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis kelayakan modul berdasarkan skor kriteria, analisis keterampilan proses sains melalui hasil observasi, dan analisis hasil belajar siswa melalui test.
Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1) modul IPA terpadu berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dengan tema pemanasan global untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang telah dikembangkan dengan model 4D (Four-D) yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan dissemination (penyebaran) memiliki karakteristik: a) modul yang utuh berbasis inkuiri terbimbing; b) materi IPA yang termuat dalam modul terpadu bersifat holistik, bermakna, otentik, dan aktif yang memuat sintaks inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa. 2) kelayakan modul IPA Terpadu berbasis inkuri terbimbing pada tema pemanasan global yang dikembangkan dengan kategori sangat baik ditinjau dari kelayakan isi, kelayakan penyajian, kelayakan bahasa, komponen kegrafikan, kelayakan keterpaduan, kesesuaian inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa berdasarkan validator ahli, validator praktisi pendidikan, dan respon siswa 3) modul IPA terpadu berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada tema pemanasan global efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa diperoleh hasil rata-rata N-gain score 0,30 dengan kategori sedang dan untuk nilai kognitif siswa diperoleh dengan hasil nilai rata-rata 83 dengan kategori sangat baik di atas standart KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal).

ABSTRACT
The aims of this research were to investigate: (1) the characteristics of the Guided Inquiry-Based Integrated Natural Science Module to improve the students science process skills with the theme of Global Warming, which can be used as the learning source of the students of Junior Secondary School; (2) the feasibility of the Guided Inquiry-Based Integrated Natural Science Module to improve the students science process skills with the theme of Global Warming; (3) the effectiveness of the Inquiry-Based Integrated Natural Science Module to improve the students science process skills with the theme of global warming.
This research on the development of the Guided Inquiry-Based Integrated Natural Science Module used the procedure claimed by Four-D, which was modified into four phases, namely: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Develop, 4) Dissemination. The development the data of research were analyzed by using the descriptive model of analysis, the feasibility of the developed module was analyzed based on the scores of criteria, and the science process skill test was analyzed by using the t-test.
The results of this research ware concluded: 1) the Guided Inquiry-Based Integrated Natural Science Module, with the theme of global warming which has been developed has the following characteristics: (a) the module is intact based guided inquiry; (b) the Natural Science material contained in integrated module is holistic, meaningful, authentic, and active containing syntax guided inquiry to improve the students science process skills, 2) the feasibility of the Guided Inquiry-Based Integrated Natural Science Module with the theme of global warming developed belongs to the very good category viewed from the feasibility of content, presentation feasibility , appropriateness of language, the feasibility of graphic, the feasibility of alignment, and the suitability of guided inquiry to improve the students science process skills, based on experts validator and education practitioners, 3) the Guided Inquiry-Based Integrated Natural Science Module with the theme of global warming is effective to improve the students science process skills as indicated by the N-gain score of 0.30, which belongs to the moderate category and cognitif value 83 with excellent category of KKM (minimum completeness criteria).
